The building is stunning and its in the great location!However, the management staff their is very un professional! I went in a few weeks ago to look at a one bedroom. They told me its on hold for someone else, and that there is one available apartment for October if this apartment gets taken. I asked them to kindly contact me as i need a place to live and that ill take the October one if September doesn't work out.They DID NOT CONTACT ME! Rented out both of those apartments and now i am left with no place to live thanks to them and their loyalty for their customers.When i contacted them a few days ago all they said was sorry not our problem

I’ve been living here for a year. The building is clean inside and the staffs are helpful and friendly. Very limited vacant rooms around the year.The only problem is that a new condo beside the Brock is under construction now. Even closing all the windows, it’ very noisy during work hours.

Great place to live for young couples starting out or just looking for a modern up to date apartment. Only downfall the superintendent Keith is exetremly rude and wears his pants way too high.
