We had a screw in our new winter tires on Christmas Eve and unfortunately most companies were unable to help due to the holidays. We stumbled upon Reach Tire and Auto through google and I’m so thankful! They made time for us as soon as they opened the next day and they were fast, efficient and kind! I’d highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend this shop enough. Bought a set of falken wildpeaks last summer for my 4Runner, and had a great experience on the install. Recently I got a bit of a shimmy at high speeds (probably due to me messing around mudding) and took it in for a rebalance this afternoon. Once again, everyone who helped me out was great and I was in and out pretty quick. Highly recommend!

One of the worst place anyone would wanna visit , i had an appointment today at 3:30 pm for wheel balancing . I was there at 3:15 pm , i kept waiting until 3:45 to get the work started . They literally had no answer as to when would the work start . Around 4 pm the guy comes up to me and say u will have to wait 15 more minutes. I literally left the place without getting anything done , you guys should value people’s time . It’s not that you are the only place to go for , there are plethora options in town. I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone now . Highly irresponsible people .

Only called looking for one used tire as not many places are opened on Saturdays. although they did have the exact same tire I needed, it was brand new, which for my 25 year old car, isn't a good match when other 3 have wear....i appreciated being listened to and felt like they wanted to help and cared. Even told me how to make sure to look at date stamp on used tire, dont want anything older than 5 years. I had not heard of this place until my emergency last weekend. I'll have to check them out in person. I am getting tired of the poor service at franchised tire shop. Let try to support local independent businesses whenever possible...

We were pulling our boat in from the lake and had one of the 4 tires blow, I reached out to Dan and the team at Reach tire and auto, they had their mobile service van on the road minutes later to rescue us. The other 3 tires weren’t in great shape so they brought out extras just in case. We left the boat and trailer on the side of the highway while I went into town to drop off people and the dogs by the time I got back (50 minutes later) all four tires where changed and the boat and trailer was ready to tow away. I am so thankful for the support and service Reach and team provided us. Truly amazing!

Called day off for an appointment to look at a tire, they got me in and fixed my tire within 15 min. Unreal customer service, highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Working from home and with kids it’s so challenging to get into a shop to get tires changed….no more of that they come right to your house and in a hour tires were done and at such a good price⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought new summer tires and brought my car in for an alignment as well. I had a great experience initially but had to bring the car back a couple times due to low tire pressure. Once the issue was identified, they were very accommodating and efficient in getting it fixed. They even let me bring my dog inside when I had to bring the car back!
