Very helpful staff. Room was clean & well maintained. No noise at night. Definitely worth the money we paid for the 2 nights we were there. Highly recommend this location.

College residence converted to hotel in summer. Good value for money. Clean hotel and excellent service. Beds not super comfortable (but you pay what you get :) ) I stayed with my family and I would return again. Best for short stay as it lacks kitchen stove. Has microwave and full size fridge.

We attended a wedding here , which was beautiful and then walked across the parking lot to our room. Super convenient .It was perfect for our overnight stay . It was extremely clean, the beds were not luxury, but comfortable. No complaints .

It's OK, I guess it's a dorm for the college, would be better if it wasn't reffered to as a hotel. It was very clean, but does not have a full kitchen as they say and the wifi is useless

Rooms are VERY simple (a bit of a camp feeling) but clean and very friendly staff. Far away from any other point of interest in Sudbury. Laundry machine does not work and they do not sell detergents. They have a pool table and ping pong table. All in all good for families (two rooms, fridge and microwave in the room) but beds are extremely uncomfortable.

2 double beds!! one in each bedroom. free internet!!!very reasonable price. Only thing that would help is an elevator for the guests on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Luckly, being handicapped, there was available rooms on the ground floor.

Very affordable, front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only thing that prevents me from giving this 5 stars is there is no parking...there were 6 parking spots at the building.

Very clean rooms and super friendly staff. I love that there's a game room and that my friend and I each had our own enclosed space to sleep in the same suite. I had a great night's sleep there. Highly recommended. One challenge we had was that the parking lot was down a fairly steep slope so it might be more difficult for people with mobility issues. There was a small parking lot with wheel chair accessible parking.. just make sure to mention it when booking.

Highly recommend. Price is reasonable and place is comfortable. The place has two bedrooms and little kitchenette. The kitchenette has full sink, big freeze and microwave. I wish it has something to cook but doesnt hace stove. However, they have full general kitchen on the ground floor where you can cook and eat. Recomment to bring your own pots and utencills. The room doesnt have anything regard to cook or eat. The room and washroom are very clean. We found out if we reserve from the college directly we can get some discount. Overal experince was very pleasant with the price. We will come again

Amazing staff and comfortable place. The only issue was the sounds of AC in one of the room which cause one of the member could not sleep.
