Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased 5 curtains and hubby opened one package (undoing the staples only- box fine) realizing they were the wrong size and that two were stained. Brought them back half an hour later. Sales person said we couldn't return the opened one and accused me of lying about it being opened when I had told her we had held one up! Apparently they couldn't resell it because the staples had been taken out of the package (!)This was all verified through the manager. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate. Won't be shopping there again.

Best value for a quality mattress. Have bought a few mattresses over the years which are all still in great condition. I am very pleased with the quality. Amazing prices, Alex will always take the time explain and ensure you are getting the right product. Most importantly he is very honest and will never try to oversell you something you don't need.

I'm very happy with this store. I've shopped here since I moved to the area a couple of years ago, and have stocked our new apartment with various things from the shop, including a mattress, sheets, kitchen towels and bath towels. I like that there is always a variety of options including natural fabrics, and the price ranges from cheap-and-cheerful to really good quality for more high-end things. The staff has always really helpful and courteous with me.

Went in on a busy Sunday to buy curtains after seeing they had a great variety from outside, the store follows all covid-19 best measures and their employees are super attentive and helpful but don't pressure you to buy. Ended up buying a wrong size and going the day after to exchange them (Luckily I double checked before opening the package, their return policy is very clear). Once again, they were very nice and gave me a store credit to use at anytime. The store is a little gem and can definitely recommend!

Buyer beware!! Inspect any towels very carefully before you buy them. I bought new towels on August 8 (over $60 worth) and washed and dried them according to the label directions when I got them home. Imagine my surprise when I took them out of the dryer and discovered a multitude of pulled threads, some fairly long, on the 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. (Only the wash cloths had no pulled threads.) Instead of looking new, the towels look like I had used them for quite a while! I returned on August 9 hoping to at least exchange the towels. I was told, That's what happens to towels

I visited this gem for the first time today with my mom, even though it's small they had a variety home items, we purchased a few sheet sets, curtains, blinds, a comforter set and even some really nice scented candles, the sales associate that helped us was honestly 5 star service she was so welcoming and helpful, she even helped us bring the bags to our car!

The owner and staff are always helpful. Prices are affordable, and items are of good quality.What i like the most. There is always new items to discover.
