Must give a shout out to Grant McCreath from J8 Plumbing he did a fantastic job installing all the Moen hardware behind the wall and for sharing his knowledge when proceeding with the process Thanks so much Grant you are true to your trade very professional.

During COVID-19 times I was very nervous to have anyone inside my home but I really needed a plumber to unclog a sink for me. I called J8 plumbing because they were referred to me by others within my building and my parents. The plumber was on time and decked out in a PPE mask and gloves. The plumber was professional, friendly and explained his process. The sink was running in no time at all. I truly appreciate that J8 plumbers are willing to work and go into peoples homes during this time. I did my best to sanitize areas in advance of J8 coming but I understand that there are still risks for the plumbers health and safety. The prices and possible costs were explained to me in advance and are very fair and competitive. I would definitely recommend J8 plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Wasn't easy finding a plumber during this cold snap. Luckily, I was recommended to J8 Plumbing & Heating by our Strata manager. Other places weren't even answering their phones, and those that did were estimating a minimum 2 week wait!! From my initial call only yesterday to sitting here now with a fixed kitchen sink leak, I don't think I can express how grateful I am. Ian did a great job and my dogs loved him (I always trust their judgement!!). Will be in touch in the spring with a few projects I've been waiting to do. I met JJ through some work that needed to be completed at my place of business. I thought he was very kind and trustworthy that I asked him to assist me with some issues I had at my home.Each time, they J8 crew were fast, efficient and very friendly.Their can-do" attitude made it very easy to work with them that was convenient to my schedule.If you requiring plumbing services

Diagnosed two problems as wrong. One only needed a washer changed on a water valve & they reported a common wall needed to be taken out to get to the pipes. The later would have been very expensive & was not the solution. The second report was based on assumption & not accurate. Always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion if you hire this company.

J8 has helped me a few times now with plumbing in my commercial unit. I've found the receptionists to be communicative and very sweet, and I've probably met around 5-6 of the plumbers across the various times they've serviced my unit - they have all been really professional. While doing the piping in my unit, they did make a mistake, but they tested and detected it thankfully, and covered the extra cost themselves. I highly recommend these guys, and will be returning to them for any future plumbing services I need!

J8 Plumbing was professional and easy to book, all the staff I spoke to were very friendly. They had a couple of emergencies (which is completely understandable), and needed to push the appointment back, they still managed to come that day and fix the issues quickly for a great price.I will be using them again in the future, and would recommend them.

I was in a bit of situation, as the plumber I initially hired was unable to do the job. I got the contact for J8 Plumbing through a friend. JJ showed up, very professional, looked at the situation and agreed to help me out. What I liked, he did not take advantage of my situation. He quoted me fairly, said his partner Jas would look after my job. They came in, handled the job smoothly and billed me fairly as quoted. I would definitely recommend them for their timely service.

Worst receptionist and customer are reps. They scheduled appointment twice and they did not show up. Kept on rescheduling the appointment .. Janet slam the phone on me, it is not acceptable behavior . I always go with j plumbing because of their prices but sometimes their guys are very hard to understand.They always seem to put the top back on so that it's very hard to move
