Paula was very knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to my needs. She did not try to sell me product for the sake of selling product and was honest in her assessment noting there would be no benefit. Compared to another hearing clinic, for which I will not name, they were more concerned about $$ and provided little to no information with zero compassion.

I had paulasanding-dungavell perform my hearing test for me and she set up my hearing aids for me and pleasantly surprised previously I had a different company do it and they never seem to able to get it right, very pleased with how professional and friendly the staff were, but a major kudos to Paula, my wife isn’t yelling at me now ,we’ll not for not hearing her anyway, I’ll certainly recommend your company , thanks Bruce abram London ontario

I have been going to Beck Hearing Aid Centre for years. Customer service is 5 stars the staff are very friendly and professional. Paula The Audiologist is very professional and understanding and is dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your hearing aids. They are very trustworthy and you won't be disappointed.They always go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
