The service was excellent. However, I appreciate if the store would adopt self service system as I noticed and experienced with my gf that customer has to order and take a seat to get served but I suggest they should not give the burden to their employees to serve the food. As an employee I know how hectic it is so. Please note the manager as well as owner of A & W

Horrible service. We had to wait in the restaurant for our breakfast 35 min. What is the point of a fast food restaurant. If I elected to wait for my food, I would have gone to a regular food. My egg sandwich had barely a piece of bacon and the guy at the counter argued w me. This is not the first time waiting for food through the drive through. Never again mcdonald it is from now on.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Unless you want food poisoning do not eat at this restaurant. Our food had a raw chicken strip. This is a food SAFETY HAZARD and it’s going to kill someone if they continue to serve this to people!

One of the few fast food places you can get your eggs cooked to order with toast and bacon. Seems to be getting expensive for dinner, but not more than other places. Seems like better quality food too.

It took the man 3 minutes to just take my order , rushed me at the register and told me to drive around and wait , figured eh since I waited this long why not ? Took another 12 mins for my food. Could've cooked it faster and to be fair he was the only person I saw. Empty dining room empty drive thru still took 30 mins for my food and it wasn't like it was about to close this happened at 730pm on a Tuesday . Go to another location

So, I recently went to A & W Canada and let me tell you, it was not the root beer float-filled experience I was hoping for. As an American, I was excited to try A & W's famous root beer, but I was disappointed to find out they don't serve root beer floats in Canada. Major bummer, man.But it wasn't just the lack of root beer floats that put a damper on my visit. I was also looking forward to trying their cheese curds, but apparently, they only serve them in poutine. I mean, come on, A & W Canada, let a girl get her cheese curd fix without having to order a whole meal!To make matters worse, we ordered a regular root beer and a diet root beer, but were given two diet root beers instead. And to add insult to injury, one of us has a dietary restriction against diet beverages. We even repeated ourselves a few times, but alas, it seemed like the message didn't get through.Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice, but they seemed a bit unaware when asked for something that needed to be adjusted or customized due to dietary needs or personal preferences. It's frustrating how rigid places can be, even if we're willing to pay for it.Overall, I left feeling pretty disappointed by my A & W Canada experience. Maybe I'll just have to stick to the root beer floats and individually served cheese curds back in the States.

Worst A & W in the city. Really pushy attempt to upsell but can't be bothered to put the requested condiments in the take out bag. Understandable why the restaurant was empty and no one in the drive thru.

Great breakfast. Great coffee. Awesome service. Great staff. Great service.But only 2 people working. Drive through was getting food before me.If you think fast food inside here make sure you aren't in a hurry. I waited a while.***This A & W no free coffee refills but Huron Church one does. #WOW
