The manager is extremely rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. Good luck if you need help with anything from her, she makes up her own policies and does not care about customers.The rest of staff are great.

Didn't buy. Lots of style on hangers and on the racks and shelves but not if you're a medium or large. Gotta love their colours! Lovely shades of wonderful soft tones, very classy, but again, I didn't always find what I liked in a medium or large.This is still a very popular shop for the younger set.

Came to the store to do an exchange and price adjustment as the Boxing Day prices had dropped and the staff here were very courteous and adjusted the pricing. The store is pet friendly and my @woof_Kabiru behaved very well and the staff welcomed him.

The worst Aritzia customer service I’ve ever experienced, worse than Eaton centre which is much busier. The sales associates are incredibly rude. I was checking out an item and the sales associate was giving me so much attitude for no reason.

Went here a couple days ago to make a return. Right when I walked in, 2 girls (brunette and blonde) at the front just stared at me without greeting me. Only “greeted” me once I was actually standing near one of them. It wasn’t even a welcoming feeling. If you don’t look a certain way, some employees will definitely give you a dirty look. All Aritzia locations make me feel weird, but this one gives me an ick. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed at all. This is why I prefer ordering online as much as I can.

I have been to this location a few times, and each time I have had a better experience than my previous one, the associates are courteous and willing to help. I had to exchange my jacket and they happily assisted me and made me feel welcome.

Terrible store, terrible atmosphere. A so called manager does not speak to their employees like that especially in front of customers. No wonder Artitzia has such a terrible name out there for how they treat people. What a shame and these young girls take it all for a discount.
