The worst customer service line i have contacted. I am sure that they are based out of Canada, but it doesn't sound that way. I have had better interactions with outsourced call centers than this place. Stay away, if possible.

I used to get pretty good service from Wesclean but now find that their sales staff do not call their customers back and are playing golf and in meetings all day long. I guess they don't want business.Wesclean has teamed up with PlanetClean and now their prices are extremely high on various products. I will not use them ever again.

Horrible service, website says to call in for pricing. Lady on the phone was super nice until she found out I didn't have an account there. Then all of a sudden the item I was looking for was back ordered. First and last time I'll even consider giving these people a chance. Disgusting!

I brought my floor machine in for repair. It took them 2 months to even look at it and another month to order parts. Once I finally received it after 3 months, it was still not working properly. I then had to take it to a different company whom had it fixed (with new parts) within one week! Customer service initially at Bunzl was just terrible. Very disappointed overall.
