I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone that i know because Sid is a honest contractor plus he clean up the job site every time after he visited. His price is very resonable and the workmanship is great better then i expected it.

Sid did garage work for us as well as some other reno jobs in our home. There was an issue with part of the work however I must say Sid was very responsive and took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. True to their word and customer service focused. Thanks Sid and team!

We had an amazing experience working with Grade A Developments. Sid is professional, responsive and value’s his work. If you are looking for someone to install any light fixture in your home including pot lights, Sid is the perfect person to book. He also gives great advice and suggestions when it comes to light fitting installation. We would definitely recommend him and book him again for other jobs!

Grade A Developments
Sid and his team built our fence last year and the quality of work was outstanding. As I live in a newer neighborhood, some of the land settled a bit over the last year and the latch on the gate was acting up. Sid was able to come over and fix it for me right away as well as do a check up on the rest of the fence. His prices are very fair and he and his team work quickly to get the job done. Definitely recommend.
