Glen Oro Farm

We loved our stay in the galaxy gazer dome! It was beautifully decorated and cozy, with everything we needed. We brought our 8 month old with us, and it had the perfect amount of space and amenities to care for her, stress free. The staff was amazing, they showed us around and explained everything we needed to know and were immediately available to answer questions and deliver anything we needed. We enjoyed our dinner by the Eclectic Cafe and loved roasting marshmallows by the fire. We hope to return for 2 nights next time! Thanks again to the great staff :)

If we could give it more than a 5 stars, we would! The staff was amazing and so responsive/communicative, the stargazer dome was filled with things to do in the rain. The area was beautiful and well kept up as well. We will definitely be back for a third stay!

I booked a surprise getaway for my husband and I! Perfect little escape. The staff at Glen Oro were so nice and accommodating. I had lots of questions before booking that were all answered in a timely manner. It was private, quiet, and we lucked out with an amazing light show…..there was a thunder & lightening storm the night we stayed! Amazing views in the stargazer globe.We most definitely will be back!Thank you for a great experience and much needed time away

We stayed two nights and it was amazing! Such an unreal experience. If you are on the fence about staying in one of the stargazing domes don’t think, just do it. It made my proposal to my new fiancé that much better! Staff and and everyone on site are nice and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

We had our wedding at Glen Oro and it's honestly the prettiest venue there is. The tent is gorgeous on it's own and hardly needed a lot of decorating because it is naturally beautiful with wood floors, twinkle lights, and chandeliers. We had our ceremony in the forest. And again, just gorgeous light filtering in on a perfect sunny day. We stayed the night in the explorer's tent, and what a unique wedding night experience instead of staying in a boring old hotel room. The whole day was magical and perfect!

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Glen Oro and it was amazing. We stayed in the Stargazer Dome and it was perfect. It was cozy, relaxing and such a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely recommend adding the horse trail ride (Sunny was my guy and so sweet!) as well as enjoying the sauna. This was such a special place and we would highly recommend visiting. We're already looking forward to staying in the Fall. To the entire team at Glen Oro, thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, we'll see you soon.

I’ve always wanted to go to Glen Oro farm and experience sleeping under the stars. But I had no one would go with me so I packed my bags and I hit the road and it’s an experience that will be a memorable one! Their dome is priceless! The whole property just stunning and peaceful. I was able to reconnect with nature and we got lucky because we had a clear sky! The stars were mesmerizing. If you are someone like to reconnect with nature, I highly recommend that you check them out because I know I’ll be going back!

We had an amazing experience at Glen oro farms. The glamping, trail ride, service, privacy, scenery, everything was top notch. They have definitely thought of everything right down to the small details- like refilling our wood bin without us even noticing, so we were ready for another bonfire. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an intimate get away.

There aren’t enough good things to say to express how incredible our experience was staying at Glen Oro Eco-Retreat. My partner and I sprung for one of the Galaxy Gazer Domes for two nights for a very important birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint!From the moment we arrived we knew were in good hands. Following a preliminary tour of the property and amenities - including a modest hiking trail, and sauna that can be booked for private sessions - we were shuttled to our dome where a cozy fire was already burning in our indoor wood fireplace. Our dome itself was huge - with just the two of us it felt like we had our own private cabin - and the attention to detail in the decor was especially notable. The furniture was incredibly comfortable, the appliances were sturdy and functioned perfectly - I was able to prepare a number of full meals for us with no problems - and the views were stunning from all angles.The staff are incredible and so friendly. They are literally on call to help you with whatever you need 24/7, and are ready to shuttle you wherever you need to go on the property at a moment’s notice.A couple of things to keep in mind if you plan on staying in one of these domes - 1) the view is from the skylight is obviously weather dependent. We had snow and cloud cover both nights we were there, so we never got the full stargazing experience. 2) the air in the cabins did tend to get quite dry at night, so if you plan to stay here in the winter we would recommend packing some extra moisturizer and making sure you keep a glass of water by the bed.That said, we really can’t recommend this place enough. It was such a perfect and magical experience, and we are already planning our next trip to Glen Oro Eco-Retreat!
