I absolutely love this place, but BE CAREFUL!- It's not super easy to traverse.- There is broken glass in the water.- The cliff faces are high enough that a fall would not be pleasant.- People drink there very often, day or night (but they are always respectful, don't be afraid of beer). It's just not a great place to take your children is all

Awesome swimming spot. Too bad the teenagers drink down there and break glass on the rocks. Beautiful spot. But be cautious of glass.

The memories of this place keep me coming back every time I visit down home, even in the winter. Do not dive here. Bottom parts are perfectly safe however.

A beautiful waterfall just outside of Thorburn near New Glasgow. Definitely worth a gander easy access from the road very scenic. A nice summer swimming hole but don't be foolish and try and jump from the falls into the deeper areas. There have been many fatalities and injuries from this sorta thing. Enjoy the view and cool off!

Cute out of the way spot to view the falls and hang out. Can even go for a quick dip to cool off.

Great place to cool off over the summer. Pretty busy place, locals and visitors alike! Little tricky to get down to the bottom of the falls, those with small kids might need to help them out on the path so they don't slip :)

Come swimming in this amazingly warm water! (Early August) But take your recycling and garbage back out with you!Park at the bridge and simply walk down. Paths for all skill levels. Chose wisely.

My daughter and I enjoyed a spur of the moment stop at the falls as we were passing by on the highway. It was a short detour (10 minutes) and we were glad we took it.It was overcast and had been raining on and off and the water was flowing really well. The best time to visit any falls. There were a few different paths near the bridge to follow down to the riverside. Some easy rock climbing was needed in a spot or two, be careful if it's slippery. We used an old ladder at one point on the way down but discovered an easier way up afterward.Upstream from the falls, on the opposite side of the bridge, the river appeared wide and low and with warmer water might be enjoyable and relatively easy to walk in, even for small children. As mentioned in other reviews a fall from some areas could result in possible serious injury. If visiting with children I suggest exercising extra caution in and around the falls area. There was some graffiti around the site but sadly it isn't anything worse than I've come to expect at most easily accessible waterfall locations.

Great place! Parking across the road from the trail entrance. There are no signs that this is the name of this park, but despite this place is amazing !!! My children even swam in this clean lake. I definitely recommend
