Grizzlie Glass

I called Grizzlie Glass on Monday, June 26th and agreed on an appointment time on Friday (no time could be given - I was expected to wait in all day), June 30th in Aylmer for an estimate for glass replacement, with the lady who answered the phone. On the Friday no-one showed up, despite 3 calls to ask when to expect the estimator. During the third call the same lady let me know that the estimator couldn't come that day, but would come instead on Tuesday July 4th.I called on July 4th at 2pm, to be told by the same lady that she had left a message on my voice mail the previous Friday telling me that the company could not work in Aylmer and thus would not come on Tuesday or in future. As far as I know I received no such message.So I was told that the company could work in Quebec on June 26th, and 11 days later, it could not work in Quebec, plus I was kept waiting for 11 days for this contradictory information. I was always pleasant on the phone.Hard to be impressed with this quality of service.In order to post this review I have to give one star, but would prefer to have posted the review with no star.

Awesome job! Attention to detail along with a great price. We use grizzly glass for all our alluninum door and glass needs at our business! I highly recommend Donny and his team.

Awful service I recommended a friend to use them he paid $400 for a piece of plywood to be installed over broken window and told following week glass would be installed. 5 weeks later we are told everytime we call that we are they are understaffed. Today I was hung up on and said are not doing the job. Don't waste your time with this company

Thank you so much! Grizzlies attention to detail was incredible. They were not satisfied until everything was perfect. They noticed details I didn’t notice, even after they pointed it out. Communication, estimate, day of installation and check-ins afterwards for satisfaction were excellent. Highly recommend.

Very professional team, they recently carefully installed several large wall mirrors in my home without any issues. Perfect fit. They also did an excellent job on my glass shower surround with a previous install. Great finished product. Highly recommended

Called them at 4 am and they arrived an hour later for my glass doors that were damaged. They cleaned everything up and boarded the doors so fast I was really impressed. The next morning at 830 they called me to fix the glass and they were done an hour later. The owner was so nice and customer service was amazing. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to these guys. Thank you thank you thank you

Highly recommend Grizzlie Glass. Donnie is very vigilant, attentive and client centered. Donnie was very helpful and responsive, providing good advice and responding to our questions. We had to replace a very large custom window and the window looks devine! We are extremely impressed with his work and happy with the results!

Call the place for some information, and was blown away by the service of Sheri, this girl needs a raise.

Our store door glass was broken and need to be replaced ASAP. I contacted a few companies, they are all nice but the waiting time is about 2-4 weeks, until I found Grizzlie Glass. Donnie and his team visited our store the same day, and get the glass replacement done the next day! Very friendly and professional, and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
