As a member of aquatics in Richmond Hill and a competitive swimmer for many years, we've always purchased and supported Aquapark. I'm sad to say that a recent experience with the female owner has left an absolute hole in our hearts as a mere faulty product review with them ended up being wrongully accused of not caring for our products and not knowing how to use goggles. We didn't even get a chance to ask our questions or voice our concerns and was immediately told that we were bad customers. This is the last we will ever step foot into this place despite over 10+ years of what we thought was a good relationship.

Great place. Don't let the place fool you. Having Glenda there with her knowlegde is amazing. She will always be truthful and tell you exactly what you need. She knows her stuff. Thank you Glenda for your help year after year.

Were able to get all the necessary equipment for my kids. Also, if you are in a Swim Club, they will give you a discount. Very nice couple there to help you with advise. Also, if you need prescription googles, they have it. Speedo

A great place to shop for swimsuits! Lots of options, and all good quality. It might be expensive for others, but a good swimsuit is worth that money.

Nice owners and way cheaper than Amazon for swim supplies, ie. speedo kickboard. Have hard to find items like swim team style swim trunks for boys.

They have a whole selection of competitive swim wear. Glenda gave my son so many tips and encouragement. Love coming here to get my boys swim gears.

So many swim suit options! The owner was very friendly and helpful in finding a suit that was flattering. As a older master swimmer that can be hard to find. I drive an hour from my house to shop here and it was worth it. I will be back!
