Great complex, with lots of amenities. Well managed, clean and going through upgrades. Nice neighbors. Great location - Easy, 1 minute access to highway or 2 minutes to groceries. 3 minutes to downtown or Cottonwood Mall.

Nice looking building, mostly renters within the complex and it's affordabe. Due to the strata management" company they have had for years; the exterior & mainly interior including Lobby and hallways look a little rougher than they should. (The management company should be advising the strata Council on "proper upkeep" of the building.)3 years ago the building looked much more luxurious inside than it does now.What a shame."

DO NOT RENT/LIVE AT THE VIBE!!!!!! Bf lived in 45555. Building was absolutely awful. Ants infested the place, silver fish and spiders. A pipe burst into his apartment and water went everywhere and stunk. Management walked right into his apartment after knocking at 7am, we didn’t answer because we were sleeping so he helped himself to go inside. Then whoever came to “look” at the pipe cut the whole wall open and used his furniture as a ladder, then used his vacuum to clean up drywall. The building DID NOT want to pay for damages to get it fixed. He was living in a moldy smelling dirty apartment for over two months because they didn’t want to fix it.The hallway has a huge stain on the carpet, and wall cut right open for over a year. (Happy note: landlords were awesome and respectful).You will see dumpster divers all the time, furniture moulding by the dumpsters, parking lot was AWFUL, it was always packed and you will have to sit up to 20-30 min to get parking to go into ur own home. Underground has leaks, and cracks EVERYWHERE which is a huge safety hazard but they don’t want to spend the money to fix it.If I could I would give it 0 stars. Please do not live there it is a HUGE safety hazard.

Great place been living here for 3 years some people loud but other then that friendly area

I know friends that live there but the place could be cheaper

It is a great place to live, if you don't mind your upstairs neighbours sounding like a heard of wildebeests. Soundproofing between floors really doesn't exist. Plus, I can agree with these places being investments, not homes. I have gone through 3 owners of the unit I rent and am now being kicked out after 6 years.

I lived at the vibe for 2 years. It has definitely improved since it was first built. The people who damaged not only the reputation and property are almost all but extinct. Still the 3am wakups from people on drugs riding into the complex and screaming and such. But the area is becoming more developed and that will remove the areas in where those types of people can sleep nearby. The place is on lock down because of the break ins. Noone who rents is allowed a key, so if the power is out your fob wont work and your stuck outside of your home till its resolved.
