Unable to ‘Price match’ at the self checkout. The young girl suggested I go stand in line. I use self checkout to avoid the lines genius.So will give shoppers the benefit of using a self checkout but will take something from then. Absolutely ridiculous No Frills.I guess FreshCo and FoodBasics are the better choice.

Not enough handicap parking near the entrance, most spots are too far to the east. It was raining, I can't walk quickly & I had to park quite a distance from the door so I was quite wet. Helpful staff. Often short of certain products I go for.

Horrible Staff and obviously horrible management.No customer service at all.Rudely told that you can’t bring carts through self checkout.The cashiers have horrible attitudes.They don’t ask if you need bags they just ignore you as they ring items through.And the stock boys were rolling around on a metal shelves on wheels getting in peoples way.This store obviously has horrible management.

I mean it’s decent. They say it in their name: there are no frills here! Most of the products were alright. They have good deals regularly, so that’s always nice.Is it the best shopping experience you’re ever gonna get? Definitely not, or you’d be going to Fortinos. Does it do the job if you’re looking for basic & reasonably priced products? Definitely.

Good grocery shop. Local and convenient. Decent prices. Rewards program is questionable

Went yesterday at opening and anniversary product was not put on shelf. Chocolate bars kitkat. Happens frequently at the queenston rd store. Clerk was very sorry.

Rude staff. Two cashiers and eight people waiting to be checked out, can’t even check out through self checkout if you have a buggy. Ridiculous. (And I had under 15 items so what gives)Very poorly managed will not be returning.

Buyer beware, Franco's NoFrills fraudulently debited $10 from my bank card! I found a $10 charge on my debit card that I did not make. The bank told me that Franco's NoFrills took an extra $10 off of my debit card without my consent as a charitable donation. Now I have to deal with President's Choice head office investigations department to get my money back. THIS IS THEFT! Even stranger is the fact that if I had said yes to giving a $10 donation, it would have been added to my purchase, thank goodness that I always keep all of my receipts, so I have proof that it was done separately from my actual purchase and without my consent. They own a multibillion dollar corporation and they steal from hardworking customers in the name of a children's charity. Disgusting!!!

The owner was terrible. I tried to talk to him about that there was no sign for the limitations on the display. And when I went to cashier,they said it's limited. And I talked to the owner about it, he said I was telling you right now and you know now. I know it's his store and he can make any rules. But at least there is should be some display on it to let customer know, so wouldn't waste customer's time. As a regular customer there, I think I wouldn't go there more.

Only been here a few times but certainly will be a regular customer. Clean enviroment is the feeling I am left with.plenty of helpful staff as well i have noticed. well laid out for sure...shelves nicely stocked, and as they say...without the frills!!!
