PAI Medical Hair Restoration

After years of suffering from hair loss, I went to see PAI Medical Group looking for a solution that works! The hair loss consultant completed a hair analysis that included a complete hair scan and gave me a lot of support in answering all my questions. I live in between both their Regina and Edmonton clinics and needed my treatment plan to be handled by both clinics which was handled seamlessly by the staff. It has been 6 months since my transplant and I am now getting PRP treatments to help boost my results. Under the new ownership, PAI Medical Group Edmonton and Regina have been fantastic to deal with, extremely accommodating, and empathic to my needs. I am truly grateful for their support and have regained my confidence.

İ hated it. They made ma pay $11.000 and told me they transplanted 7400 hair. But they only transplanted about 1000 hair. It took them about 4 hours to finish it. Plus they get u to sign a paper that stops u from going to the court. They stole my money and lied to me about it. Bad intended people. Shameful business...

Had a horrible experience with one of the owners and a member of the staff. Came in for a consultation with Laurie, who had no idea what she was talking about. Her lack of knowledge with medical terms, or the procedure itself was absolutely alarming and provided no comfort in my nerves. The owner of the Regina location Cathy, is a horrid woman who has zero people skills, and treats the staff like garbage. Sitting in the waiting room, you could her her screaming at the receptionist over the phone, leaving her in tears. Talk about an unprofessional environment since the new owners took over. Absolutely horrible. Unless you want to support a wealthy monster of a woman, do not recommend.

Excellent customer service at this clinic. The staff are always so friendly, positive and welcoming. They are so knowledgeable and helped me find hair care products to address my thinning hair. They truly care about their clients and treat you like family.

The staff are amazing and very friendly and are more knowledgeable than anyone else I have found in the city. They have been very helpful and make you feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks Laurie and Karen!

Truly Awsome people. The new clinic owners and staff are extremely dedicated towards their patient and care for them. Never seen such a great staff. Excellent knowledge of all the procedures. Had a procedure April 30th... I was nervous before but when the procedure started I was surprised on how smoothly the Surgeon and the staff performed it. I would recommend PAI Medical to anyone looking for the best results.

I have received 2 level 10 hair surgeries, most recent 2 years ago at PAI in Ottawa the one prior however was done here in Regina ten months before my second surgery; the first surgery was a terrible experience it was so bad that the Dr told me (in person) when I had my second surgery in Ottawa; she had stopped doing hair surgeries in Regina (until recently from what I understand) after mine went bad.I eventually met with their company rep (Michael) who travels from clinic to clinic to see clients; I told him the whole story; he did offer me 10 laser sessions free of charge, He mentioned if I was interested in a 3rd surgery he would see what he could do to make up for the first botched job & maybe get me a healthy discount.He did tell me with a level 10 hair surgery they transplant 4,000 hairs in 2,000 grafts, I can guarantee I did not receive 2,000 grafts; I have high res pics you can not count even 1,000 sites where they punch holes into the scalp to plant the hairs from the back of the head.The main reason my 1st surgery went bad were the 3 women helping the Dr ((in her own words (when I met with her in Ottawa for my 2nd surgery)) she said the team was incompetent. The girls were asking to go home after 8 hours, meanwhile I'm siting there wondering what's going on? Hoping for the best not knowing what to expect. One of the girls was new with no experience; they were training her on me lol.Once the hair is taken out of the back of your head, it can survive up to about 6 hours before the grafts are not suitable to be successfully transplanted; meaning they die off afterwards.If you look at the high res pics it is easy to see there are not even 2,000 grafts transplanted between both surgeries combined.I originally got the hair transplants because I did not want to wear a baseball cap anymore; I did not receive what I paid for guess what?I still have to wear a hat or I have to use hair fibers & comb my hair forward to make it look thicker.The company rep (Micheal) said he was happy with what he saw when I met with him (approx 15 months ago) even though I told him I was not happy with the results; he said he would be in touch with me next time he was in Regina; I have not heard from him since.The hair surgery does work, that is not my issue; my issue is that I paid $22,000 total for a total of 4,000 grafts (2 surgeries) to be implanted with 8,000 hairs,I received less than 2,000 grafts combined between the 2 surgeries; I am sure a 3rd or 4th surgery would get me closer to what I was promised & paid for; the truth is I do not have another $22,000 or even $11,000 to pay for a 3rd surgery.Not to mention the scar across the back of my head from two surgeries; I was so disappointed with how everything ended up with being promised so much to receive only a fraction of what I paid for; I'm kind of embarrassed to say this they even mentioned several times that maybe I could be a hair model or advocate (for them) once my surgeries were completed (Which never happened) once they have your money, that is it.I got sucked right in.I expected allot more and ended up with so much less, this is a healthy warning; I am not saying the hair surgery does not work; because it does; do not expect a full head of hair unless you have $50,000 to pay for it. They did not even offer me some kind of refund of any kind for messing up my first surgery; 10 laser sessions do not equal $11,000.I kept seeing their billboard posted on Albert street claiming that they could provide something I myself did not receive that is why I wrote this review. I'd post pics with my review but google won't let me.

Simply a great organization. It was a very big decision for me and PAI has been with me all the way. From consultation, to the day of the surgery and post surgery, PAI has been outstanding. Very professional team and they have been very supportive of all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. I even had the honour of meeting Pierre, the president of the company. Simply wonderful person and you can see why the culture of this company is so positive. It starts with him and it radiates all the way through the organization. It might sound cliche, but they absolutely make you feel like family.
