I had my G test at 1:26pm. Went in and checked in at the kiosk, it was a very fast process. My examiner Alex arrived at my car 10 minutes early at 1:16pm. The test took about 15 minutes. She was such an amazing examiner, her instructions were clear and when I repeated them back to her she would politely say yes

Employee #20 is completely disrespectful towards applicants. When I went to counter #5 she didn’t even greet me out of politeness. She silenced me when I tried to speak and said with so much negative attitude “Only applicants can speak” and I had to wait for my daughter to speak. She didn’t even tell me respectfully, and just whenever she told me something, it was with poor attitude. I asked if I could stand beside my daughter if she needed me because every other applicant had a partner/parent standing with them. However employee #20 told me “we do not need unnecessary people until we call for you”. Employee #20 also told me to “pay and be quiet” when I got handed the paper. This employee needs to learn respect towards others and learn how to manage her poor attitude. If employee #20 cannot communicate with applicants in a respectful human decently manner,e then this job is not fit for her because it requires communicating with citizens that need to take their test. When I reports her behaviour to the manager, he avoided eye contact and brushed through what I said. Both the manager and especially employee #20 need to learn how to work in a professional, respectful manner.

Passed road test on the first try. Driving examiner was calm and gave advanced warning. The process felt very dry, no room for small talk. Overall the G2 test is quite straightforward.

No big lines, many desks available. Staff is helpful & professional.Big area. My husband was able to get his license (without appointment - just walk in) in less than 2 hours.

People here give false information. Tell one thing and when you return, oops sorry nope that's not true.Wait hours because of their impotence.More add in feedback, I came with someone to get their G licence test.The person got a lady of shorter stature and she had road rage, authority issues. They say they will not ask you to do anything illegal, right off the bat she asked him to drive wrong side of road, then she rolls down window yelling at other drivers blocking her way.Then on the road test she is complaining of traffic to driver and saying it's taking too long to complete test.Then she told driver to block all the traffic because an Ambulance was stuck at a light half kilometre behind them and stuck at another light.Instead the driver pulled ahead through Green light to right side of road, so drivers behind them could move and the Ambulance could get by, she failed him for that. She said driver should of stayed and blocked traffic.??Then on highway part of test, she tells driver, “ok once on highway, change lanes far left, then right, then left and then right and exit. ( approximately what she said) She said that in one fast sentence,but, the highway was packed with traffic, and it took everything for driver just to get to far left lane on highway, driver couldn’t change right and left and then exit in a timely manner due to extreme traffic.Driver missed exit.So she failed the driver. Who really failed? The ministry failed for having a drive test person with issues and perhaps having a bad day.The drive test person failed for poor judgment and instructions.The driver did everything within their power to accomplish the requests.I watched other instructors coming back with students that couldn’t even pull in to parking spot and they passed lol.Yet person I came with accomplished all tasks safely, but due to an Authority complex road rage instructor the drive tester person failed the driver and have to start all over again.

I had a reasonable experience for my G1 written test.I went in on a Wednesday afternoon at about 1 pm - and I was done with the whole process in about 40 minutes.Had read a lot of bad reviews about the staff being rude - in my experience, they were straight forward about the instructions, as long as you could understand what they were saying. There wasn't a big queue at the time I went - i spent a total of 10 minutes waiting, they had 9 out of 24 counters working. Would recommend visiting here, on a weekday if possible.

Worst experience in my whole driving career. Apparently going down Courtney park is 50 according to my examiner, when I clearly saw a speed sign saw Max 60, and then she has the audacity to fail me for going to slow. Keep in mind I was being respectful since there also happened to be a biker in the same lane as me and I couldn’t change lanes cause there was an another vehicle next to me. Not only couldn’t she see the posted speed limit, She also is so uncoordinated to the point where I had to ask her what was the next maneuver. Keep in mind I took my G2 at 10am on the Tuesday after the Canada Day long weekend. There were still people waiting since 8:45 and I just happened to instantly get an examiner once I walked out to my vehicle.

Inwas here for my DZ and this location is super friendly and very helpful. I was greeted by who I think is the hardest worker in the facility and his name is Rodger he told me exactly what to do and gave me a ticket. Ironically he works so many positions I heard him calking out numbers so no one missed there then and had a note pad to make things more efficient for his colleagues, then he gave someone a break and was working the booth and was the one that served me. I later went and did my knowledge test and when it was time for my results they were a bit backed and then Rodger came there and assisted them aswell. The man is amazing ! Drive test center very lucky and blessed to have an employee like that! Thank you guys for the great service!
