Thumbs up. Their stretch class has helped tremendously with my upper back pain. My teacher Inna was very knowledgeable and made sure to cue correct posture to keep from aggravating any pre existing injuries.

I have had such a personal and lovely experience as a brand new mom to Yoga. The owner has been SO welcoming to me, they have accommodated me and how new I am, and I always feel welcome there. They are flexible with new people and I hope to continue with 11:11. Definitely worth trying it out!!
