Food got actually better.. let's not talk about their coffee.. but the food was pretty decentThey finally put the donuts inside a little burger box so the icing don't touch :)

Not so clean have to ask for drinks and food to be prepared as advertised. Fried potatoes were stale sitting to long in the warmer. And gave me a hard time replacing them.

Saws usual busy but unfortunately the service inside is extremely slow …Despite tte staff availability still only one on the cash.Confusion on the counter that delivers to customers and long waiting line without consideration that people come in their break to be served quick.Ni offense… we still love Tim Hortons but this branch still needs fine tuningThanks

The slowest tims. Minimum 20 min wait for an ice cap in drive through. Either hire more people or hire people that actually want to work

I had a brand new tims card and the tims employee said it was empty. He did this on purpose im sure he just didnt like me.Dont ever go to this tims. Had bad service multiple times. Just go to the tims a bit further next to canadian tire.. its smaller but the employees there are much friendlier and i was able to use my tims card there no issues

They just don’t take your order if you are in person, the employees just simply ignore the person standing in front of them and the best part is they serves flies with timbits

We were shocked to say the least this is the best Tim Hortons ever open dining, people are super friendly, all the selections were in front of us, the staff was super friendly what else can you ask for in a Tim Hortons. By far the cleanest and most inviting Tim Hortons ever!

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Super slow, and they don’t know how to run their 2 lane order system. They passed 4 cars in a row in one lane instead of alternating. Had to honk for them to finally take my order! To add insult to injury, the hashbrown was hard like a rock as if it was cooked the day before.

Ordered the steak and egg breakfast sandwich on the breakfast bread but got it on an English muffin instead. Besides that, the slices of beef tasted really bad and did not go well with the ranch style sauce they put on it. I tried to eat it but….. it was too bad.Employees seemed okay but tables and serving prep areas were not clean
