The hand sanitizer was marked up 100%...the masks were marked up 200%. Absolutely ridiculous I was shocked. Information on what I was purchasing for lumber was not clear I had to return my product. Absolutely terrible I will never return.

Prices are decent. Check quality of wood in the yard before purchasing though, and avoid deliveries if you can - you might end up with wood that was already picked through. I once had to return 21 of 35 pieces. The same goes for any wood yard in St. John's. That said, I have had the greatest success with this particular wood yard. Leaps and bounds above the quality and quantity available up the road

Just had John & all install the $1900 mini split deal for my home on Monday and we are very pleased! Brad, Kim & John provided excellent customer service. Installation occured a few days after ordered and was quick (approx 2.5 hours) and effortless. John took great care in the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after. We are loving the versatility of this inexpensive unit (AC, Fan & Heat). Hoping this provides savings on my heating bill but just as happy to have AC. Always found Hickeys great to deal with and am now a big fan (pardon the pun) of John Drake.
