Careica Health has been very helpful in getting my husband set up with a machine. They have been very accommodating with scheduling and we were able to do virtual appointments which saved us the travel time. They strive to help out in any way they can from resetting the machine, filling all our insurance paperwork for us, providing return postage, answering emails and calls immediately, etc., etc.

Highly recommend this clinic. They are very knowledgeable, really seem to care about their clients and their health.If you have concerns about your sleep, go straight here and don't waste your precious time. Careica has all of the proper equipment and knowledge to get you accurately diagnosed and treated.My experience was mostly with Simon and Tanya, both whom I am incredibly thankful for. Keep up the fantastic work!

Think twice before you buy any accessories from Careica. Firstly everything is way over priced and second they will not do any returns or exchanges if it's damaged or doesn't fit you. Would rather buy online for less than half the price.

Went to see Elissa in regards to a new CPAP machine and discussed my sleep apnea, she was very friendly and full of knowledge, I would definitely go back if I have any problems.

Wow, all I have to say is thank goodness for YouTube. Without the internet I would have never had my cpap explained to me and figured out on how to properly use it. I went for your training and sat down with a nice lady but obviously she did not know how to do her job.I sadly do not recommend Careica!
