While I feel that things like the LCBO and the Beer Store are antiquated and no longer necessary, this store specifically has stepped up their game with regards to craft beer selections. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and actually understand different styles and intricacies of beers. Whenever I'm in the area I stop in to see what's new.

Ignorant blonde lady that worked an evening shift on a Saturday night was disrespectful and very unprofessional. She was having a fit to her coworker right in front of me because i was returning a large amount of empties. Very rude. Over paid beer store associate. Next time i purchase beer, i will go to sobeys.

Always blown away by the friendly customer service here. Every time I go in, whoever is at the cash treats me like an old buddy. Staff are pretty knowledgeable about beer as well.

Nowhere better to buy beer locally for me than the beer store at Westcliffe mall. The staff comprises of some of the nicest beer staff I've met ever. The store itself recently got renovated and looks amazing. The selection is nice too!
