This place is fun for the whole family. Pick your pottery piece to paint and off you go. There's staff available to guide you through the process. Once piece is done, they take care of sending it out to bake". Wait a couple of weeks to go pick up your masterpieces. Important to take a picture of your art piece before you leave."

This place is great to spend some time however it is pricey. Sadly, it took 4 weeks for me to get my pieces and 1 of the 3 pieces was lost/missing. They gave me a voucher for the value of the missing piece. That said, it seems like a great way to get repeat business.

They didn't have a huge selection of pieces but honestly they had enough. Reasonably priced too. It was a bummer they don't have finishing line bottle paint but they had little tools as alternatives. And they're paint organisation was hard to understand and find the colors you want which waisted some time. And it was cold. But the food omg best food selection I've ever seen at a ceramic cafe!!!! Get a waffle. It's awesome, loved it!

Warm welcoming and amazing service from beginning to end. The manager there was super nice and patient. We came here with Tuango coupons which was super worth it. Coffees were good and many choices to paint on from rock mandala to animal characters. Place is kept clean and very bright. Would highly recommend for a family/friend activity. Definitely coming back.

They ruined my bf’s valentines gift and never told me. So now I’m stuck without a gift for tomorrow !They hid in back and wrapped the pieces so I wouldn’t see the break until I got home. Very dishonest of them.

Lovely and refreshing atmosphere. Hostess was welcoming and helpful. Treats were great: chocolate cake and coffee. Looking forward to collecting our finished products. We will be back! Would definately recommend this gem.

**Edit after reply : We came December 26 and I came back March 20th, that is not 5 months... I do not complain that you pricey, I complain that it is money thrown out the window for free. I knew how much it cost prior to coming with my kids, since it was my 2nd time there. Let's just say that I have been to other places and they keep it longer, but we can agree to disagree. You have a nice place, and I do not deny! However, I was sad and my kids disappointed... and the reason I got for the ceramic being thrown away was : Spring Break was coming, we needed space. I made peace with that. Maybe rethinking your strategy and having a follow-up system...***I am so sad to say that I brought my 6 kids there, and when I went to pick up my stuff, they had thrown them away... I won't lie, it took me a while to go get them and that is my fault...regardless of my situation... but as another comment said this is pricey! 6 kids and two adults and basically all my money went to the garbage and the deception in my kids' eyes have no price! I can't say that I will go there anymore. I will go support another company! I brought so many customers to that place, it's unfortunate... If you think you may not be able to get your items quickly, please choose another place to have a good time.

What a cute little spot to enjoy ceramic painting. Love the decor, ceramic and paint options. Their latte was on point and delicious. Can’t say the same towards kids food options such as nachos or pizza. Definitely would not eat food here again. Beverages recommended. For a birthday party I felt the service lacked and there should have been more help. I would imagine a very small group oppose to a larger group of kids for a party would be best and recommended.
