Furnace went on me in Jan 2022 during the crazy cold spell. Called 3 places and no techs available for at least a week. Mom called Roma by chance and they sent a tech the next day and the price was super reasonable considering our predicament. Just had them service my furnace and AC unit for the first time in 2 years- got to see the before and after of the maintenance work and let me tell you I’m not waiting 2 years ever again. Service and price are top notch.

My old furnace died right as the winter turned cold. Roma got a new furnace installed very quickly. The crew showed up at 5:00pm and worked till 9:00pm to get my furnace installed. Really appreciate getting this done before Christmas

I contacted Roma Heating as they had great reviews online. Our heat pump was not working, so we had no heat in the house while the temperature outside was dropping. I contacted Roma and told them the situation. The lady I spoke with sent someone out the next day despite the fact that they were fully booked. They really care about their customers. Shawn came out the following day and explained the job thoroughly. Shawn and Sam came out at the end of the week to install a furnace and boiler. They did a great job and worked for 12 hours to get everything done. They also kept the area clean and tidy. We will definitely use them again in the future as they were knowledgeable, professional, and offered a fair price. Shawn also communicated well throughout the job. Highly recommend!

Roma helped install a new AC unit in my home. Their assessment was thorough and professional and they answered all of my questions. After receiving quotes from two other vendors, Roma's was the most competitive. Through it all, their customer service rep was patient and not pushy at all. They spent almost a whole day installing and testing the unit, taking their time and not rushing.
