IT was a disappointmemt for our visit. I can not think of something to explain my experience. The restaurant is divided into 2, side by side. We arrived at 7pm on Friday. Got told it was fully booked on 1 side. And we were seated in the restaurant next to it which originally is for hotpot. We can see 80% of the customer are having the AYCE bbq skewers. We have our first order in around 715. We ordered at least 10 different type of skewers, and some other non skewer dishes. affer waiting for 20min +, the food start coming and only 3 types of skewers and some non skewer dishes came. We were told it was too busy when our side is more likely 70% fully . The rest of the food never came so we prepared our second order, and after 20 min+ again, only non skewer dishes and 2, 3 types of skewerz came. It was already an hr and 45mins + and our skewers count are less than 20 in total, despite we order 12 lamb skewers in total. Appointing to the closing time and customer left,. We were the only table left on our side after more than 2 hr seat time. We were still putting in our 3rd order and still waiting the grill osyter and scallop. We walked out the restaurant like almost 10pm with less than 10 skewers eaten by myself. The other side still have around 30% customer . I really have no idea what is the owner think or does he know how to run a restaurant. It is really unprofessional and non sense. Price is not cheap tho. Food is on average on the 1ST ORDER,. It become deep fried starting from 2nd order. Highly not recommemded.

Food is very average.Good customer service.Good location as it is inside the mall with a big parking garage.

The food takes FOREVER. Only 4-5 tables in the restaurant and still takes LONG time to wait food. Ordered two rounds and some food never come. They won’t tell you it’s out of stock but just never come. Almost no service. Food is average. Doesn’t worth $40 per person for ayce.

Dishes and BBQ are delicious! Food is made with care. Got the oysters special on our visit. Very enjoyable evening. Will visit again!

It's a great BBQ skewer place, can't go wrong, a little hidden gem as well as the location is inside a shopping centre so you may think it's close when the mall is close no the hours are true

My husband and I had the AYCE. Every dishes came out hit the spot. However, for AYCE the potion size is too big, hence weren’t able to try more dishes from the menu. Still enjoyed the food and as well the great service. We will be back with our family!

Food was overall very good and the ambience definitely reminded me of being in one of the big cities in China ! I liked how the food wasn't smothered in too much of seasoning (like most of the other Chinese skewer restaurants) and you can taste the flavour of the meat and veges etc. I have to mention that their plum juice does not taste great...but aside from that a pleasant experience! Robots serving you were also a nice touch

Absolutely loved everything here! The place is decorated soooo cuteee with an underwater theme. The skewers were all so delicious! The lamb skewer was amazing. Theres also a robot that delivers your food to your table sometimes

The skewers hot pot place located inside the king's plaza 2nd floor. The place was very pretty. The service was a bit slow probably people for drink, chat and enjoy the food come slower. The skewers were tasty. All dishes were goodThe staffs were good. I will go there again
