This place is a little gem. The owners and staff are amazing, ready to answer any questions you may have. A large amount of knowledgeable instructors for learning several different instruments. I purchased an electric piano from there. The sound is awesome! Also a bonus -Free delivery! Couldn't be happier highly recommend.

My daughter attends guitar and voice lessons going on the 2nd year at Progressions.. I can not find the words to explain how much she loves attending each lesson. My daughter used to be very shy and even though she loved her previous teacher it was a chore to get her to perform even in front of us. Abby and Rob have inspired so much confidence and self esteem in her I am amazed. She even entered the Cars and Guitars competition this year.We also bought her a guitar quite recently from here and I was very thankful for all the knowledge that Nate had and the information he shared plus the price point was AMAZING for the quality. I would highly recommend Progressions to everyone for any and all your music needs. This really is a full service" establishment."

I needed a capo and stopped in at Progressions in Brooks. Nathan took time to explain the various makes and styles. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to oversell but was ready to answer all questions. My wife joined me and got very interested in the Yamaha digital piano on display. Nathan explained many of its features and remarked that his wife who teaches piano uses that model. My wife bought it and Nathan offered to deliver it to us in Rolling Hills without charge. Sure enough a couple of hours later he delivered and set up the piano. Fantastic service and communication. Even though my wife has another piano in the music room, she decided she wanted a piano bench for the new piano. A phone call to Nathan and yep he had one in stock. He again delivered it without charge. Prices for everything were reasonable. There is no question we would purchase from Progressions. Buy local!

Progressions is so helpful, even at this difficult time, They allowed me to drop off my guitar for repair, and even offered delivery for my purchases when they were completed. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

My oldest son is taking guitar lessons with Lou. He is FANTASTIC with my son, and has adapted really well to his learning style. The store itself is clean, and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of music items at a great price. I absolutely recommend Progessions to anyone in Medicine Hat that is looking for almost anything music!

What a nice bunch of people. No pressure from the staff, who are very knowledgable. Just great people with great instruments. I'm buying my next guitar there!
