Should be illegal to gouge this much for parking. The small budget I had for a nice day downtown entirely went to parking. Also the parking lot itself is poorly maintained. The lines are long worn away and the parking spot I ended up getting was tilted and rocky. Fine if you can 4×4 and are rich I suppose.

This company is literally the human waste of the earth. $38 for 4 hours of parking? Exactly why I don't come downtown, except maybe once a year.

These guys are just standing around waiting for your parking to expire, then slap you with a ticket. Not nice.

This parking lot is ridiculously expensive comparing to other surrounding parking lots. This parking lot charges 8.5 hourly rate comparing the most of the others charges only 1.25 per hour and 6.5 for whole day parking. Highly recommend whoever is new to the city not parking here! Just cross the road or along the water, there are so much more and cheaper options.

Got a ticket for $40 (I wasn't aware of the rules for evenings). 2 small posts for paying that you barely see. There's no clear posting of rules that you easily readable. Pay $6.50 for normal quick shopping/dinner or get a $40 ticket (increases to $70 after 7 days). Price is absolutely ridiculous. The men are there to just give out tickets too. They don't even care if you're a minute late.

$34 for 4 hours?? Is this downtown Manhattan? Ridiculous. No thanks. Cheaper options elsewhere downtown.

Definitely not out to make your parking experience pleasant. Seems like these guys are out to ticket just about anyone so if you have ANY alternative to parking in an Impark lot, I would recommend it. (Street parking in general in Kelowna may be limited but is way more reasonable than here)Parked here and paid on two occasions and both times I was a mere 1-5 minutes over the time limit, only to find a hefty ticket every time.Wish they showed even the tiniest amount of leniency instead of seeming like they have someone eager to fulfill his/her quota of tickets just eagle-eyeing the seconds of the clock.The location is convenient for parking, but if you do park here be extremely vigilant as to the exact time of your parking.

The parking price is way more expensive than the city owned parking lots and street parking.$17/2 hours at Impark vs. $1.7/hour at city-owned.

$17 for 2 hours is not worth paying to park in this lot. You better off parking on the side street and it’s 90% cheaper

Way over priced compared to other parking. Park at delta hotel/casino for fraction of price.
