I definitely recommend! I have had bad experiences before with plumber finishing job and telling me it was 3 times more than quoted. Not Mr. TJ, he kept me informed throughout the job and came under his quote. I am very pleased with the work done. Thank you!

Replaced my water pump 6 weeks ago with one so noisy it wakes me up at night even though it's in the basement on the opposite side of the house. I mentioned how noisy it was at the time and he assured me he would guarantee his work for a year if I wasn't happy. I recently contacted him to say I'd pay the difference for a better pump and he has completely ghosted me. $1500 wasted so it seems I have to resort to small claims court.

The main plumber was terribly unprofessional. Timely on initial response, came in and ripped all our existing water supply pipes and said they'd come back to finish. Left us days without any water, said they'd be there first thing in the morning and never showed - continuously ghosting us. Also when we pointed out their mistakes they only addressed some of them. After 2 weeks with no to little running water we cut ties and got another plumber to finish the job.

Very unprofessional, shows up late or not at all. Work is very low quality. Would trust this company to fill my kids pool. Lots and lots of broke promises. Go somewhere else and say yourself the headache.

Sam was great from when I connected with him last week to the installation of my sink today. Very professional in his work. Took the time to give me Knowledge about my water system lol as I am a new home owner. He is Amazing! Highly recommend and his price are very reasonable! Thanks again Sam, you are my Plumbing Guy!

Booked a call to have a bathtub and tap set installed for a Friday. Waited all day and at 2:45 pm was told they didn't forget about me. At 5 pm they cancelled and rebooked for Saturday AM.Was paying for a plumber and his helper, who showed up 45 minutes after the plumber and actually was Sam, the Company's owner, who never identified himself as such or tell me he was the one on the phone. I ended up on my hands and knees, breathing in fumes from the torching of flux and solder in a small space, as I had to help the plumber solder the pipes ??? After pipes were installed, they tried to force a brand new bathtub into the space and broke it, claiming it was defective, charged me $350 to install two flex pipes and 2 shut off valves, and left the tub stuck in the wall. The plumber was more interested in knowing my budget and how much $ I had. The stress of this fiasco nearly caused me another heart attack as I was so angry and I did end up taking a seizure over this unnecessary stress. I am a 62 year old disabled senior with health issues, which I told them in advance so if this is how they treated me, how will they treat you? When I texted the # and left several messages with my concerns, none were replied to until I said I was going to leave an honest review of the bad service I received, then, I got a threatening phone call right away. Stay away from Mr TJ's plumbing at all cost . Look at the reply I got from the owner below. Unless someone used your names, business cards and put your signs on their vehicles and gave me their business card ? Nice try and it only proves to me not to recommend you to ANYONE !

I had an emergency where my basement was being flooded so I phoned the 24 hour emergency number not realizing I was phoning out of province. Out of the many people who stated they had 24 hour service he was the only one that didn't have a recorded message but actually answered the phone, nobody else even phoned me back. Seeing that he could not travel to my destination in PEI, I apologized. When I got off the phone he had texted me the solution to my emergency so that I could get a night's sleep and deal with the aftermath the next day. It may have been an accidental call but it answered my prayers. He was very friendly, courteous and, thankfully for me, very helpful. If I actually lived in the area, I would not hesitate calling him up.Thank you again sir!

I was desperate for a plumber, so called TJs (Sam).... He was hours late showing up for a quote. He was hours late showing up to do the job. After rushing to figure out the details of what we needed (completing bathroom rough in), he left his employee to do all the work... which was only mediocre, at most. He was gone for about 3 hrs. The employee finished the work as far as he could on his own and waited 90mins before Sam returned. Since he left with the employee's lunch, I fed the employee. One of the pipes ended up leaking, which we fixed ourselves. We wanted a tankless water heater. Sam said he had one from another job where the person decided on a different unit. He charged us $300 but left it with us for our electrician to install since it needed it's own wire hookup. Well, surprise, surprise! IT DOESN'T WORK! He did come out to look at the unit (although that took 2 weeks) but had no idea why it wasn't working. He said he'd go home and look at the owners manual, but would refund if we couldn't get it working. When he sent pics of it, it said that it should NEVER be connected to a 240V grid!!! My electrician told us to return it. Since asking for a refund, Sam has completely ghosted me. He was never prepared - once left for 90 minutes to go get a small part... the hardware store is 5 mins away.... his tools were never charged. And he was evening asking my husband if he could buy his cement mixer! ??? So unless you are DEPERATE, like REALLY DESPERATE, save yourself the headache and find someone better. I wish I could do more than just write a bad review. Sadly, I'll be actually surprised if I see that $300 again.

Called over 5 emergency plumbers and these guys answered and came right away and checked everything and found the problem and very reasonable price definitely recommend:)

Responded quickly, drove along way to get here, only plumber of five calls that called back and showed up not a single local plumber responded to requests but he did from Moncton . Charged a fair price.
