Ben is amazing. I am completely computer illiterate and completely depend on him for EVERYTHING. He is super quick and explains everything easily. Charges fair fees for his service. He will not fix anything where the hard drive has crashed and replaced many of my laptops quick and easily and had everything set up with all the information transferred on before letting me know it was available for pick up. I would highly recommend ClickRight for all your computer solutions.

First time taking my laptop into ClickRight because I looked up a good repair place nearby and read the reviews. Roger at the front desk was very helpful in explaining exactly what the fees would include and the whole diagnostic process. Received a call back basically within a day of them starting their work. Unfortunately, my problem could not be fixed but Ben had written down a full detailed report and they had created a backup file in case I decided to send it to the manufacturer and everything would be wiped (Thinking ahead!) However, the next day, Roger had left a voicemail saying that they found a cheaper alternative and Ben had also sent me an email with the same information (Great follow up!!) The alternative worked and saved me who knows how many hundreds of dollars! Would definitely recommend them for the amazing service :)

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam!! I would give zero stars if I could!These guys require a deposit of more than $70 in order for you to leave your lap top with them for a consult. My laptop had a virus that I wanted removed so that I could access my files. They called back and said that my hard drive was on the brink of going and wanted to upgrade my hard drive for over $400 plus taxes. Or transfer my files for $99 -$149 plus. I told Leo that I had already backed up my files and I was just trying to access one document that I didn’t back up yet. I was not interested in upgrading the laptop and asked him if he could just remove the virus so that I could access my files. He said “no guarantees” but that he would try to do his best. After two days, I didn’t hear from him so I contacted the store and he said that he wasn’t able to do anything. I found that hard to believe. And why didn’t he call me for two days to let me know? I went to pick up my laptop which looked like it hadn’t even been touched. I asked to speak to Leo to see if he could at least download one document for me in exchange for the deposit. And he said no, that it would cost me an extra $99 minimum. Rip off!! So they kept the deposit and I got absolutely nothing in return!That evening I took the laptop to ANOTHER repair shop. They were able to give me my document right then and there at no extra cost. They kept the laptop overnight to upgrade the hard drive for less than half of what Leo was asking for.My advice… go somewhere else!

We have been using ClickRight for our IT needs for a few years now. I am always extremely impressed with Ben's professionalism, promptness and expertise. Recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reliable IT solution for their home or business!

ClickRight has a friendly and great team! All the service I needed was done quickly and the communication was great. Shout-out to Leo, the team member who worked on my laptop, a helpful and genuine guy!

Great service. Work done in timely manner. Great price. My only point for not giving 5 star rating was that on drop off day I was told that I would receive a call the next day after diagnostics were run. I did not hear back and had to call 2 days later for an update. Not a huge deal but this could annoy some customers. Cheers to the guys at ClickRight.

I had made many calls to repair businesses to see if someone could fix my headphones. Most took about 5 seconds to say no and hang up. I was therefore particularly impressed that the person I spoke to at ClickRight Computer Solutions not only took time to think about it, but said he would consult with his boss, and then called me back the next day to suggest Electronic Innovations (who were also excellent). If I ever need computer servicing, you can bet I'll use ClickRight Computer Solutions.

I wanted to replace/repair my boyfriend's laptop screen as a surprise for his birthday and everywhere I called I was told it would be way too expensive and therefore wouldn't oblige or it would need to be mailed and would take forever to do.As soon as I called up ClickRight I was greeted in a friendly manner and we walked through what I wanted over the phone. They warned me that it would be expensive, but thankfully didn't shoot me down like other places, and it turned out to not be as expensive as I gathered.They ordered what was needed, I dropped off the laptop and got it back in a few days. They even took off the stickers as I asked and gave them back when I picked up the laptop. My boyfriend was stunned and very happy, just as I was!TL:DRThe staff were easy to talk to, helpful and efficient. Very satisfied with their service. Leo was great! Was able to get me in right away and called me as soon as my laptop was ready. A bit pricey for what the problem was, however I completely understand that it takes time to figure out what's going on and time is money. I have full faith in their capacity and customer service and will definitely be back if I ever have any issues in the future. Thank you!

My laptop lost its boot drive so it wouldnt start. Dropped it in to Leo explaining that my entire life was on the computer, as well as my job so I needed it restored asap. Leo called me a couple of hours later . All done. Everything restored to it's original state. Brilliant job, done quickly and professionally. Cant speak highly enough of these guys.Price was also very reasonable.
