A certain repair man blew me off. Never phoned back or showed up after speaking with him briefly and ignored my calls and text. I launched a complaint with Maytag and Herbs over his very unprofessional attitude.Edit in response to owner:The order was only canceled after Herbs called me weeks after the initial phone call with the repair man. As said above, after several failed attempts to get ahold of the repair man I then called another company to do the work for me as I couldn't wait another two weeks!Sorry but I do not have the luxury of waiting for repair men to pick up the phone when I have children and a broken washing machine.

Herb just completed a warranty repair of our 36” Dacor gas range and I have to say I’m glad the range needed service because I got to meet Herb. Great guy with great service. I appreciate the quick action he took and the good communication along the way.

We were so happy with the service! Herb was very efficient and did the repair on our fridge's ice maker in record time; knowing exactly what the issue was. He was polite and professional, and very concious and respectful of Covid proticol in our home. We will definitely call on them again in the future if needed.

In Jan.2020 I bought a LG washer and dryer after delivery and setup there was a thumping on rotation of drum. I was told by LG to use it for a few weeks to see if the noise would go away and if not they would contact Herbs. Herb phoned me and I was told he would order the rollers and would give me a call when they came in now we are into February 2020. Waited for about a month and was told by the lady in the office parts have not arrived. For the next eight months nothing but lies phone screening on both my phone and my wife's phone. During the eight months I kept in contact with both Home depot Kamloops and LG.one morning first week in November 2020 I got through and Herb answered the phone and denied my claim but then all of a sudden found my file Lol and he would be up to check the dryer by the end of the week { Friday} he arrived on Friday took the top of the dryer off and I was told manufactures defect rollers were hitting the weld that was to large and that I would have to live with it and he would sent a report in. Phoned LG. wondering what was going on and found out it took him two months to send in the report. Was told by LG that report was unacceptable that they would have it fixed or replaced that was in January 2021 and still waiting the date now is March 03/2021

They have a recording that says they answer the phone from 8:30-12:30. They definitely do not!! We called countless times trying to get a hold of someone but not once did they actually pick up. We also had to leave multiple messages before getting a response. We were stuck using this company because of a warranty thing but I wouldn't recommend this place solely on the extremely poor customer service. It was a very frustrating experience over all and I would recommend exploring other options.On a positive note, when the technician did finally come he seemed knowledgeable and hopefully what he did fixed the problem. I guess only time will tell

Whoever was driving the pickup tonight doing 70 in a 100 zone. Way to swerve into a semi trying to pass you because you were driving to slow. You only sped up when he started to pass. Not to mention turning your high beams on to blind said driver. You are a hazard to the road.

Best appliance service in Kamloops. See some negative reviews related to it being hard to reach them. That’s because they are that good and consequently extremely busy! If you need instant gratification, there are plenty of half-baked services in town. Leave the good ones to those of us who recognize it’s worth a bit of a wait for the best!

It's really hard communicating with them. You can't get thru to a person on the phone and messages are not returned. Took 3 visits over 3 months to get our fridge repaired.

We had an issue with our fridge fan. It took Samsung over a month and a half to schedule a repair, not impressed with Samsung. That said, when Herb arrived, he was able to determine the issue very promptly and offered us great service. Very straightforward guy, no BS. Highly recommend his company.

We had an appointment arranged with Herbs appliances, through whirlpool two weeks ago, the appointment was made about two weeks in advanced. I stayed home from work and waited all day for someone to show up. No one did. We eventually talked to someone from Herbs's who said they think they new what the problem was, and would order a part prior to coming to take a look at the washing machine, and would come take a look right away. Since then we have not heard from or been able to get through to any of the numbers on their website or the one we were provided. I have left multiple messages. It has been two weeks since we were told by whirlpool that someone from Herbs would be at our house to fix our washer and still no luck. Please hire a receptionist, or additional technicians if you are unable to keep up with your phone calls or service calls, as it is extremely frustrating to not be able to get through to a local business.
