I called just to set up an appointment. The lady I spoke to seemed quite unorganized, she gave me a time and I told her I wouldn't be home, she said well I will put you down anyway, I said I wouldn't be home and then she rudely said I didn't let her finish. They may do great work at a great price, I wouldn't know, because if you won't be polite and organized sounding on the phone I certainly don't want to invite them into my home expecting just that. Guess I will be taking my service to a more professional company.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendly demeanor of the technician. He explained the problem thoroughly with pictures he took of the chimney cap and area. After the work was done he again showed me pictures of the completed work. I will definitely use them again if I need work on my chimney.

Tim was a wonderful help here! Bought an old house and wanted the fireplace up and running properly. He and his team worked to get a new liner and parging installed. Everything went as planned and on time and now my fireplace works like a charm! Trust the pros, and Tim is definitely professional! 10/10 will recommend.
