This is by far one of the best bike shops in Kelowna. They treated you like your super special. I live in Vernon and drive down just to deal with them. Great service guys

My bike rims needed to get trued as they were really bad and not rideable. I was told over the phone that it may or may not be done by end of the day. (Not to mention all other bike shops had a week or 2 wait) Brought my bike in and went to do errands, got a call 20 mins later and my bike was FIXED! Fastest service I’ve ever received and the customer service here is phenomenal. Best bike shop for all your bike needs. I will definitely be back and will only be going to this bike shop going forward. Thanks again ChainLine Cycle!!!

Amazing service! Just a lovely group of people who work there. Not only did they fix my bike up in no time but they remembered who I was and made me feel like I was more than just a number. Very personable, and genuine! 10/10 recommend.

2 flat tires within a few days. After no flats for many years. David & other staff were great & came up with a possible cause as there were no puncture holes thru the tire to be seen. Tiny plant thorns.I never woulda thought of that. Chainline will always be my go to bike shop!!

I’ve popped into chain line a few times now and was surprised that I could get parts often cheaper than Amazon. Plus there stock levels were excellent.Yesterday I brought in my bike which required a few parts and repairs.They had it fixed the same day. The price and quality was excellent.Highly recommend this shop.

These guys know their bikes. Darrin is super knowledgeable and can help answer any questions you may have. You can tell he’s very passionate about bikes.
