What to say, well first of all the atmosphere here is great. It reminds me of a little family run Italian restaurant I used to go to growing up in Ontario. The service here is excellent and pleasant as well.Onto the food. Large portions of food which taste homemade and delicious. Comes out piping hot which is what you want.It was a nice touch to get a complimentary roll of bread and garlic butter to go with our meals.Drink prices are also excellent here. $6.25 for a Caesar is about what I expect. The food prices are about on par with other similar restaurants. I feel you get excellent value for your money.We will definitely be back!Some other notes, they also have a patio out back and an extensive wine and drink list. They also have daily specials.

The pizza is good, and pasta is very rich. They had great offers and daily specials before covid from what I remember. Hoping that comes back soon. Also they have a good selection of desserts too. They have fresh bread offered as well with your pasta and garlic butter. Melts in your mouth.

One of the best Italian Restaurant in YYC. The food portion is pretty generous, fresh and hot. I really enjoy the freshly baked bread. The espresso is absolutely amazing.

We were really looking forward to dining here yesterday but they were closed when we arrived at 6pm and there was not even a sign on the door. Would have been greatly appreciated if they had accurate information online regarding this Monday closure however the online information said they were open. Really annoying not only because of the long drive over there but also because of the lack of consideration.

We've been eating here since it opened almost 30 years ago. The food has stayed wonderful. The wait staff aren't always the most polished but the food is worth it. I highly recommend their sambucca prawns.

Food and service exceeded my expectations. I especially liked the fresh bread and the linguine. They have a huge menu and I look forward to going back and trying them!

Came here around 4pm on a Tuesday and it was perfect timing. Lady who served us was able to explain all our questions and help us order. She was very knowledgeable and really friendly and talkative. Calamari was amazing, exactly how we like it as well as our pasta dishes. Great place for a date or to take your friends for a meal to enjoy and remember. Definitely recommend!

It is actually really difficult to write this review because of all of the great things I have heard about this restaurant. Being my last night in Calgary before flying back home, I collected my closest friends to have dinner there.We had a reservation 6 pm and was really excited for the amazing food, which the food was really great. But unfortunately it was the experience towards the end that has created this unfortunate experience.We wanted to order a pizza to take home at 7:35 pm and was instantly told, we have to check if the kitchen is closed, but we were able to get the pizza (because it was pizza) in the end- so thank you to the kitchen staff.Between 7:40pm and 8:12pm we were feeling extremely rushed to finish our meals, desert and just enjoying the evening because it appeared the manager was in a rush to leave as soon as possible.There was no communication that we had a time limit of any sort or we genuinely would have searched for a different restaurant.As we were standing at the door inside while still waiting for another member of our group- the lights were turned off and we had a child with us!Never have I been to a restaurant where the lights were turned off while customers were still inside the premises. That's what you do when the customers are gone.A very poor experience and unfortunately, one that we didn't want to have with this restaurant.This review is based on the service and not the food.
