I second two negative reviews below me. With billions in revenue this company only cares about pushing overpriced products. Their incapabale and overpiced service is set based on practices anual purchase amount.

I have been in the dental field for over ten years now. I had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with this company. In short I found them over priced on most products, they push anything they can on you without consideration if its actually a product you really need. Your dollar will go a lot further with any one of their competitors. Strongly do not recommend to do business with Henry Schein.

We have worked with Schein for years and I am upset to see their rating so low online. We have never had an issue with pricing and find them very competitive with other dental suppliers on average. Service times are fairly quick and deliveries arrive promptly.I think the very nature of reviews online is such that those making them are often upset with some aspect of service. It is unlikely that those who are content" with things will tell others about it

The reason my clinic is working very efficiently is because of Abdullah. Unlike any other technicians he solves the problem and keeps up with all the maintenance and repairs, he is probably the best Henry Schein has ever hired.

Worst customer service. After purchasing a $12,000 machine just 3 years ago, they do not stand by their products and will be charging us $250 just to pick it up and provide us with a loaner. Cost of repair will be $1,000+. Appalling way to do business. We will never purchase from them again.
