I went in for a preset appointment. I had to wait for a haircutter. I described to the haircutter what I wanted which is the amount I wanted taken off and general style. Haircutter kept saying I don't understand what you want, you should have gone online and looked at preset guides for haircuts. Then she refused to cut my hair. I cried after the visit with the way I was treated. I would never recommend this place.

Excellent service from JR. I was late for my appointment… by a lot. Over the phone he said he would see what he could do to accommodate me. He was super nice, treated me the best I’ve been treated in town even though I didn’t get to sit down in his chair until five minutes before closing. He didn’t rush to get me out the door and even took his time to not miss a hair and making me look and feel great when I left. Won me over as a loyal customer.

I called today with 2 questions. The lady seemed to have poor customer service ! 1. Do you guys do haircuts for men?.... she answered were a barber shop of course we do haircuts for men".2. Do you guys do fades with a fawkhawks ?She answered "are you gonna keep asking questions or are you gonna make an appointment ?(Readers beware)!"

Daniel is one of the best barbers in town! Great guy. He does the cuts professionally and they are a good price too
