These people are either the best sales people or the worst. I don't do reviews..I ran my own small business fixing clocks for 20 years. You can't please them all...and you don't always get it right the first time. I went in for a clutch drum and learned so much...they could have sold me a new saw but instead educated me about how I was working the saw wrong...I believe these are sincere people looking to help others. This is my go to place to buy and service...I don't care if I pay 20 bucks more for the new saw... 20 bucks over the 5 years I own it is only 4 dollars a year to keep a craftsman paying his mortgage...R.

Family owned and operated, was able to order parts for my Toro mower that I couldn’t find anywhere else without paying an arm and a leg. Parts also arrived super fast and they were able to give me alternate options that work with my mower for even more affordability. Would 100% recommend them for your small engine needs and will use them again in the future.

Not really sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from? All I can tell you is I spent $300 to tune up an old Husqvarna 92cc chainsaw. The saw was not starting. I needed to cut through some 20-30" diameter logs so I decided to go ahead with the expensive tune up as I needed a powerful saw with a long bar.To be fair they did put on a new bar and chain. BUT.... once I received the saw back
