*ALERT* Stay Away! Spoke with Andrew Maloney for 4 minutes on the phone inquiring about his service. He charged me over $2000 before even agreeing to proceed or signing a retainer. He is REFUSING to return my money. He says it will stay on file until I'm ready to proceed. I haven't agreed to ANYTHING about proceeding. This is THEFT. Do NOT give this firm your credit card information before signing retainer agreement!
