My hair stylist was greatShe was quick, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a relaxation massage, was good she applied the perfect pressure they were very nice but she didn't do everything I asked and she also sounded sick. I also heard everything and everyone outside the room which made it not so relaxing. Price is good.

Easily booked my appointment online. My hairdresser was professional and personable. She cut my hair exactly how I asked and didn't over charge me. Will definitely be my go to for now on.

I just came from Charlie's Girl at Pine Centre Mall to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. The girl was new and took half my eyebrows off on one side which you cannot see in the photo and she also burnt my skin so bad, i came home to put on burn cream and they were not sincere on apologies. I said why didn't you tell me that she never done this before? She said that was not the point. She doesn't realize I would not have let her touch me, yes there is a point lady! Never again!!!!

I asked her to cut an inch off I even told her about my last haircut when they cut it way too short and it made me really upset and she said that’s “awful I would never do that” and then cut it way shorter than the other hairdresser did I think her name was Jessica she had only been working there for about a week did not ask me before she did a lot of things to my hair including grabbing a razor and straight cutting it and just kept saying she was a perfectionist meaning she never stopped cutting. Once again I only asked for a inch and she took five

Had a great experience on my last visit. Friendly and professional staff. I was happy with my haircut but I must add that although the service was good the price for a hair cut has gone up significantly in the past couple years . Every company has costs associated with staffing and keeping the lights on among other ultility bills and rent costs. I'd like to see a reduction in the cost for a haircut as the company could seek grants if possible from the government and than pass on the savings. It's really hard times for everyone and I'm happy that Charlie's girl is still in business and will continue to support them now and in the future. Book an appointment and give them a try.

After a stop at Tommy Guns across the hallway and having to wait in line to make an appointment for a timeslot 3 hours from then, I decided to just stop in to Charlie's Girl to see if the could do a quick basic cut. To my luck I was admitted and sitting in the barber chain in less than 2 minutes. Great fast service with a smile. I would recommend this place. Best part, it cost me 26$ so I tipped the lady that cut my hair 14$ to make it worth her while.

They took my mom in last minute for a dry cut.A whole 15 min in the chair.They cut too much off and she asked for an inch cut off.They didn't even style it, but charged me 48.00 for a whole 15 min.In my opinion not very professional and charged way to much for what she got. Definitely taking my business else where

I had a ME afternoon: pedicure, manicure & a much needed haircut. My hair was shampooed and wonderfully french braided, with the braids on top...(I cannot do this version myself). It was lovely to be pampered and renew some old friendships. Thanx, ladies! I feel pretty, and ready for the rest of Spring. Good-Bye Winter!
