The service was horrible, there was only one waitress and she was rude. The pizza was only average wich is bad for a restaurant that specialises in pizzas. The menu had alot of things on it and the restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere.

We had ordered 3 large pizzas for take-out from this restaurant. We waited around 1h30 for the pizzas.The staff offered us compensatory drinks while we waited.Once we arrived at our cottage we noticed one of our pizzas was a medium and was very under cooked.The two other pizzas were delicious.

The food was amazing. However, the waitress didn't knew English, so was a bit difficult to communicate. But overall experience of the food was great value for money.

Slowest service ever, incompetent staff uterlly disgusting bathrooms, only reason it gets one star is due to the BBQ chicken pizza which was great, took forever to get it, the waitress brought everyone a drink except mine and that was 10 mins before I had mine delivered

I don't normally eat at chains, but since this one is mostly in Quebec I didn't know that it was. Very nice experience. I went for a spaghetti, fully expecting that I would need to have much of the meal boxed afterwards, as eating a lot at one sitting aggravates my IBS. Noticed on the menu that there was a 'moderate' size meal option, and was very pleasantly surprised that it actually lived up to its description; just the right size to fill me. Even had room for a dessert.

Somewhat long wait to be seated, but the staff were friendly. Food was what you might expect from a chain restaurant. We prefer the frozen Mike's BBQ chicken pizza over the one we got in the restaurant.

Tasty and good sized portions of food. Service was a little slow, likely due to staffing. I don't t recommend the coffee here.

Great service and above-average quality food for a Mike's restaurant. The chain as a whole is a little on the pricey side, but the food is good and filling. Recommend pizza with seasoned fries on the side.
