Nice swimming pools and library. But some pools are always reserved for training or fast swim. People playing in the pool should be mindful for others trying to practice swimming.+ Reviewed on 4th Jan 2023. Reduce two stars. Poor quality soap in the washroom. Soap will not even make foam. Too disappointed. But currently have no other option

ymca In NE have a very bad behaviour in customer services. They don't know the rules and policy.This branches in YMCS should change the Indian stuff To other people, or this branches should be closed .

Very rude staff, specially the evening manager his name is PETER. he is very rude and harsh. Last night he argued loud voice with one of the costumer and kick him out. That scene made me very upset.

I seen people going in the small hot tub with their underwear!and the staff turn a blind eye like it's the norm,... absolutely horrendous

This one has good amount of amenities but the price point is on the higher end. $83 a month isn’t worth paying for.

It’s a nice swimming pool and my children had fun but rules end H&S are out of control.Both my children are learning to swim and doing great at it.I was taking them out of the shallow packed section one at a time with no life jacket on so they could swim with me right next to them just in case anything happened and the life guards we’re losing their minds as they hadn’t completed a swim test and must wear a jacket.When fully supervised i should be able to teach my children to swim.Also a bit pricey for day use.Probably won’t be heading back to this pool

Took 30 minutes waiting in line to get admittance to the pool. Only 1 clerk serving drop-ins and she was so slow.

Like everything else, probably one of the worst run facility just because it's in NE. Staff is undertrained and abusive. Lifeguards at swimming pool are mostly good, but their lead Sheryans, is a total piece of work. Pool water is dirty most of the time.
