Arborg Home Hardware Building Centre
Was given a quote for materials (March 29) and at the bottom of the quote it stated “quotation valid for 14 days” and was instructed by them that I needed to put down a deposit to hold the materials and the prices for me. Contacted them three days later (April 1) to put the deposit down (still well within the 14 days for the quote) and was told I needed to pay for the material in full as the price of lumber was going to go up.Very unprofessional to go against their written documentation and go back on their word in a few of days.

I have gone into this place many times. I always come out with something... I was looking fo bathroom ideas and the gentleman that was in that department was very helpful, he took the time to explain everything and came up with few good ideas.. I like that.. the sales team in all departments were happy to help me out..I do spend lots of money in the feed dept and they are so helpful... they understand what I'm looking for and the young guys even load for me..you don't need to chase people down to find them...I am happy the way this store is run...keep it up!

Literally non existent customer service. I was asked by another customer if I worked there. Other then the two cashiers standing at cash register there was no one else to be seen

Good place. Very good lumber prices. Sometimes prices are better than the big stores in the city plus they have price match. Service is ok. Big enough for the the small town and country around. I go there very often.
