This company blocked the road! Inconvenienced me greatly

I have been dealing with this company for some time now, and have never once had a negative experience. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Claude (one of their dispatchers) for the majority of our business transactions. He is polite, courteous, communicative, and an all around professional. I have found that their team pays attention to details, and ask questions when needed, or advises me of changes/issues in a prompt manner so they can be addressed.Thanks for being a strong part of my network, and always leaving me, and the clients with a smile on their face! EDIT: have updated this review after contact with Searcy. They explained a plan in place to better deal with a similar situation in the future. The customer service outreach that I was in contact with was polite and professional.Watched an Oversize load ignore multiple no wide load" signs and get stuck in a construction zone in Nebraska. Held me up for almost an hour. Called their dispatch to to warn them of what was coming before the narrow bridge and they laughed it off. Called again after we were stopped to ask what the deal was. Received no answer and no call back."

I worked for Searcy for just shy of 2 years and loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was great and always felt like a family. I seen tonnes of cool places and hauled lots of cool things.The staff, and dispatch was always very accommodating. They always got me home for my scheduled days off.Their maintenance program and shop crew was impeccable. The iron was nice, clean, and reliable 100% of the time.I could not say one bad thing about this company.If i could, i would do it all over again, in a heart beat.

Driver of this truck park at Walmart in Fargo ND throws his garbage in shopping cart I asked is it to havy to cary to garbage can , driver bushes something and continue to store. And this is why lots of Walmart locations are provided for truck parking.

Worst hiring manager. I called them and told that I have 8 month deck experience and 1 year van experience. They took 7 to 8 days to process my application and in the end they said that I have less deck experience for hiring. Even they knew from the first day that how much experience I have, If they said no on that, it make sense, but after a week they refused to hire for that thing that they knew from very first day.

Notice to all owner/ operators thinking of switching to this company bad idea idid the whole smoke up your a... bull listened to all the bull about how many trucks we have how great our freight is all the discounts you will benefit by straight bull.... if you are one of the golden boys on the so called team you can make great money and mileage but if not you can expect to sit for days before they will deadhead you half way cross the country to get another load and if you're lucky it might even be worth your time or it might be a load for someone who worked for the company out of another terminal that thinks they so not have to pay for wait time or having to get the machine washed to cross the border finally after sitting for 3 weeks waiting for a load I pulled the plate's and computer sent them back and was told my hold back would be paid on the next pay period which came and went soon which I was now told there's a 90 day hold back worst choice I have ever made out of 40 yrs of trucking . If they did my money so bad they can have it

My last review went here but was incorrect. This is a great place big yard and fast loads and unloads.Only thing I clan say negative is no one to speak to about driving
