What a fantastic experience we just had. My wife, son and I just ate at this location and we completely enjoyed our time. We ordered 3 burgers and 3 sides. The presentation on the tray was very appealing. The burgers appear and equally taste delicious. We had fries, sweet potato fries and poutine as our sides. All 3 were delicious. We enjoyed the food so much that we decided to order a funnel cake for dessert. Wow is all I can say. We definitely have found our new go to restaurant. Thanks to Hank and his staff for a wonderful dinner. See you soon

My new favorite place to eat. Aside from the food being spectacular, the staff is incredible! So friendly and welcoming, they really care about their customers.The food itself is amazing. One of the best burgers and chicken sandwiches I've had. The factory sauce is a must try! The funnel cake is fresh, warm and crispy. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu at this location!

The burgers are good and you can tell the meat is fresh. I am also a big fan of the fries because they are simple, crispy, and do not have those batter coatings.I was just disappointed by the milkshakes. I ordered a chocolate one, and it came back looking very white and tasted like vanilla with a very tiny hint of chocolate. So I figured they had made a mistake and given vanilla by accident, and they made it again for me and it came back essentially the same. You can see in my picture below, this is basically a vanilla shake, not chocolate.But other than that, it was good, would give 4/5

Good burger spot in Mississauga. Still same original taste. July Lucy and jucy Lucy on fire are our favourites. Burger toppings are very good and tasty. Funnel cake with strawberries and icecream is amazing. Staff is good and friendly.

Great experience at Burger factory. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They took time to explain the menu and give recommendations. I decided on the juicy Lucy with onion rings. Overall everything was delicious. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side but very clean and nice inside.

I don't normally bother to make reviews, but I felt compelled to after our wonderful experience here. My daughter and I were travelling from Ottawa and an accident on the highway rerouted into Derry Rd, fortunately for us. The service was friendly and prompt, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. My daughter, who never finishes a meal, at every last bite and the staff graciously offered a complimentary little bowl of ice cream. Very personal service! We were delighted to learn that there is a Burger Factory in Ottawa, and will definitely be checking it out.

I had a very good time here with my daughter, great experience and great food as well. Very friendly cashier, Noor. 10/10 recommend.
