Paws Pet Pad

Our two Yorkies had a great week with the very nice people and the daily dogs that came for day care. They posted pics on line of our boys each day to let us how they were doing. We will definitely use them again!

Its the best dog daycare/boarding facility I have ever been to. Its very well managed, and the different programs they have for dogs are unmatchable. I have a chocolate lab who went to another daycare facility for 5+ years, but with age he outgrew group environment, and I had the toughest time finding him daycare/boarding. No one wants to have a pet they have to pay special attention to. Thankfully I found Pet Paws Pad. They are willing to go extra mile to ensure that they provide what your dog needs, not have your dog accept whatever a facility is providing. I hope they consider opening a branch (or two!) in Edmonton.

We boarded our dogs at Paws Pet Pad for a couple of days. We had a wonderful experience. Staff are very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and efficient. Only complaint is check out time is 9am. If picking up pets after 9am you have to pay day care costs. I feel 11:00am-12:00pm is more reasonable.

A safe and fun place for all dogs! This is the only place we will bring our dog. I really appreciate their approach to reactivity as my dog gets overexcited and it’s vital that he gets breaks from play. The staff are always friendly and professional. And they take the best pictures! I really appreciated the big report card I got at the end of his first day.

I Can’t say enough great things about Paws Pet Pad. My dog goes here for boarding services every time where away. The staff here is awesome and it’s a comfort to know my dog is safe and having a fantastic time. I’m kept up to date with her activities and health concerns and how things are going when she is in their care. The staff are knowledgeable about dog’s behaviour and it shows. I never trusted anyone to take care of my dog than them. Thanks Paws Pet Pad team for all you do and for the love and great care of Oreo❤️❤️❤️

We have been regularly boarding our dog here for over a year now and it's always been a great experience. The staff are wonderful. The admin support whenever we have questions is fast and friendly. Our dog gets very stressed with strangers and in new situations, but he's gotten a lot better and more calm, and I think that improvement is, in part, from how well he's treated here. I don't review often, but my latest great experience with them made me want to share. Truly, they're that good.
