Dynamite Grooming

Opened up so that I could still bring the girls an hour and a half after she closed and was so good with my two babies. My staffy is pretty sensitive and was so good with her. Dynamite grooming is also very friendly and I highly recommend their service.

They did an amazing job on my Border Collie! We will definitely go back!

Really great! Last time we got our dog nails cut it was traumatic for everyone involved especially the dog. But here it was quick, professional, and just fantastic

Amazing job on our dig chippy who has A LOT of fur. She came back looking amazing and almost no shedding. Again amazing job highly recommend.

I had my dog groomed by a different grooming company, not dynamite. The other company cut my dogs nail too short and forgot to tell me. So when I noticed him bleeding and favoring his paw, I messaged her. The groomer was also having a rough day and my emotions were running high. Miscommunication occurred and the conversation went badly. As a result, in the heat of the moment, I left a review on the groomers page with screenshots of the entire conversation. I later tried to message the business regarding another issue with my dog's grooming but found that I had been blocked. This was on a Wednesday. Saturday morning I woke up to my inbox on fb, flooded with screenshots from friends that the owner of Dynamite grooming, Jeannine kingsley had posted on Facebook pages. She had taken it upon herself to screenshot my review on a business that isn't even hers, and post it on fb pages calling me names for leaving a review. She made numerous remarks about my character and who I am as a person. I do not know Jeanine so I am unsure where she formed her opinion. She outright lied and said I had blocked her so that's why she publically called me out. I didn't know who she was to block her, even if I had wanted to block anyone. Also, Jeannine messaged me and banned me from her salon, which would have been impossible for her to do if I had blocked her like she claimed. Feel free to msg me for screenshots of her post she made about me, as well as just one of the many rude comments she made while also lying about me blocking her. The message she sent is also available.I have spoken with the groomer who cut my dogs nail too short. We have cleared the air and I completely understand it was an accident. She did not block me from her page as I had previously thought, it was a fb glitch.She offered a refund for the other issue with my dogs grooming but I declined because she did a great job with the rest of his cut and everyone makes mistakes. That is why this groomer is not named. She shouldn't be blamed for Jeanine's despicable attacks on me.Even if Jeanine had apologized after the post, I would have refrained from posting this but she blocked me and when my friend reached out to her, Jeannine blocked her too.If you choose to use Dynamite please be advised that she had no problem publically blasting me for a review on a page that wasn't even hers.

Usually the ladies at Dynamite Grooming does a wonderful and quick job for my two small/medium sized dogs! One dog needs a full cut/bath/trim and the other simply needs a deshedding.Today, it took 3 1/2 hours because there was badly matted dogs that needed to be taken care of. There was no message regarding that it would take longer than usual nor a simple apology. Needless to say, I was disappointed with Dynamite Grooming.
