Build It Again Ron

Purchased tiles from you a few weeks ago opened the boxes to install them and found every single tile in this condition. Make sure you check the products you buy from here.super unprofessional. All the other tiles I’ve purchased from this location have never had anything on them and this was my fourth time purchasing tile from them

I was impressed with the large selection at such reasonable rates! Ron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After asking what I was looking for, he pointed me to the most gorgeous and unique vanities... exactly what I wanted! Will be going back once we start our kitchen reno.Thank you again, Ron and Irene!

STAY AWAY! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOUR AND NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Rude, horrible owner, who is neither professional nor respectful! Nightmare. Made us buy more product and when we asked about returning unused full boxes of tile, never once said a huge 25% re-stocking fee would apply (and we asked about returns several times.) I even called to see if I could return the tile and was told yes, only to be accused of hanging up" before she mentioned the fee. I was yelled at and belittled by two women when I arrived in the store. Where are your costumer service skills?? Awful. I feel bad for them. Check out all the other reviews. They will lie and steal your money

I have never met more unprofessional staff in my life. I would not recommend spending a dime here. Try it again Ron

they designed our kitchens..2 of them. delivered on time for a great price. good quality, easy to install. they look fabulous. everyone else raised their prices over 20% DUE TO COVID..they only had a slight increase and actually warned us before the increase so we ordered both kitchens right away...great service...

Renovations are never easy and we did a lot of research and hunting before finding Build it Again Ron. We found amazing tiling that suited both bathrooms, a perfect affordable custom vanity and also got our fixtures here as well. Chris was very patient and super helpful. I'm assuming there is a good manager present too as anytime she had to go off and ask the manager about extra details, we were always greeted with a favourable response. I see why this place has excellent reviews. Thank you Chris; We appreciate you very much. Highly recommend this store!

Did my whole kitchen from them. Now looking into bathroom.

If you are buying products from here, make sure you know how much you are paying. I ordered windows they normally stock but they were out of stock when I ordered, was given a price, paid 50% down and waited for my order. When my order came in, they raised the price on me. They said I could cancel and get a refund if I didn't like this option but I had already built my addition roughed in based on that size window. They really had me over a barrel and made no concessions despite their mistake. I will not be doing business here again.

Great selection of tile and doors. I was really surprised how much they have for the size of the store. By the name I was under the impression it was sort of like a habitat for humanity but this stuff is all brand new. You can order tile and countertops and probably doors too I'm not sure. Friendly emoployees

If I could give les then a 1 star I would. The staff doesn't know the product amd what theyvare selling. Bought flooring it has turned colour has a white film on it. And it absolutely not water proof. We talked to the guy who sold it to us he left. Have talked to a lady there she says she will call back never does. Sent a email it takes weeks for her to get back to us. And still will help. Please everyone don't shop there pay a little more and to place that has more experience staff and that care when u has an issue. It will cost u more in the long if u buy from here because u will have to replace a few years later.
