Dr. Anita Roy is singlehandedly tarnishing Mississauga's doctor community. She is rude, unprofessional, and down right a bad person. My mother was lectured for having a medical concern, restricted of bringing up numerous problems in one visit, and blamed for her clinic" not receiving additional funds from the provincial government (like I am Doug Ford or something). She was told off and definitely didn't feel welcome

We are coming to Dr.Roy from last 8 years, and her understanding and expert knowledge about the problems are awesome. She always takes time to listen to our problems and the medicines prescribed by her works too well.I highly recommend Dr.Roy. Receptionists are also very friendly and greet you with a smile.

Dr.Roy very polite and professional , very patient listening my health problems and explaining in detail what that problem is.Receptionist is very proffesional and polite as well.I recomend this office to every honest patient with real health problems since there are many self entitled people.

I wish I could give her 0 star but there is no selection of it. My experience with her was the worst, my wife was suffering from cancer and she didn't bother to provide her reports which she should have. She always told us that, I will not provide you every report". However doctors at the hospital told us that we have all the rights to get our each and every report. Whenever we asked her some general medical queries

I had great experience today. The receptionist Chasia is very helpful and professional, and booked my walk-in appointment quickly. Dr. Roy is very caring and thorough. She is patient to my questions and provide good advices. The clinic is very clean and I had no wait time at all. Great clinic and very satisfied. Thanks a lot for the great health care service.

This is the only clinic that would pick up my phone call, and take my health card number without having the physical card. Also doctor is doing same day appointment over the phone. Very good customer service here I’m so happy because no one else could see me even though they call themselves walk in clinic and I really needed antibiotics. Thank you.
