Highly and strongly recommend!I would give definitely 10 out of 10! Amazing atmosphere and super friendly and well trained staff! Amazing high tea set and great tea selections! I love Neverland and would highly recommend anyone are considering about a place for high tea ! Must try!

Reservation required. Dining time strictly within 1.5 hours. We went there for a birthday gathering and had a good time. The food was good and fulfilling. We even had extras to take home. Paper box costs extra 25cents. Good food and good atmosphere. I like how the washroom has a change table. Next time I can bring my baby with me.

Highly recommend! Both myself and my mum selected the gluten free and dairy free option, all of the food was delicious. Endless pots of tea meant we each could try 3 types of tea each. There were so many teas to choose from (caffeine free also). You do have a time limit while dining and auto gratuity added with groups of 5 above. Service was friendly and atmosphere enchanting. We will be back.

I took my sister here for her birthday. I would say me and her will have different reviews as I’m vegan and she’s not. I wish they had a vegan and non-gluten free option as the pastries would be so much better if they weren’t gluten free! That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. With that being said I do love that there is such a large tea selection and you get unlimited teas. They also have a selection of non dairy milk.

My best friend & I celebrated our birthday here at Neverland Tea! We both had a wonderful experience, the service & ambiance was lovely, not busy on a Tuesday morning and we both received our own birthday treat! They have a variety of treats, traditional & gluten & dairy free. We tried a few of the bottomless teas and we enjoyed the Tiger Lily Jasmine Tea" & their classic Earl Grey Tea.Definitely coming back here☺️"

Gorgeous vibe and great service! I attended the Spring high tea with a friend and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The variety of tea options was the best that I've found at a high tea restaurant before. Would recommend the BUMBLEBERRY OKAPI' for anyone a fan of deep berry flavours!

Loved all the savouries and sweet treats from their holiday tea. We ordered 2 traditional and one vegetarian and they were plated separately. Very nice variety of flavors and textures and filling quantity. Servers were attentive and ensured we had our tea reordered once we were low - love the unlimited tea!!! We were not rushed and service was chill and friendly. Very cute place.

I've been to Neverland three times over the years, and it remains my favourite place for Afternoon Tea. The food remains consistently delicious and creative, the service is great and the teas are lovely. I was there yesterday to celebrate a friend's birthday. The last time I went was before the pandemic. I did notice that their scones seems a bit smaller than they were last time I was there.We still had a great time. I would love to go back again to try their other themed menus, like the Coronation Menu next month.

Friendly and efficient service. The place itself is nicely decorated. I loved their mumbai chai and my mom liked their chocolate macroon tea. I got the dairy+gluten free set and the food was ok - I think their sandwiches could be tastier as a few were bland. Their bathroom could be cleaner.
