I had a flat tire and Adam came quickly put the spare on and made sure I was able to get on with my day!Excellent service!

My corvette wouldn't start or charge so I called CAA for a new battery. Within half an hour Adam from Astro Towing was at my house. He tried boosting the car first to make sure I needed a new battery which we confirmed. Adam changed the battery and was very courteous and knowledgeable. So glad I called and had this great service!

Adam & Rylan were my tire changing heroes today! Speedy arrival, astute problem solving and with smiles to boot. They went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.

On Saturday, July 8th, 2023, I accidentally locked my spare keys in my car. I considered smashing my window to get into my car as a have a puppy and couldn't get into the house - my house keys were on those spare keys. I initially lost my regular keys a few weeks ago - they are in my house somewhere but I've torn the house upside down trying to find them - a psychic friend of mine said they're in the house in a drawer some where - looked but to no avail :O .... In any case, my cell phone was also in the house - we have a key pad for the garage but I haven't used it in a long while and forgot the code - all it took was one try - i got in. I'd heard that Astro Towing can get into locked cars for possessions, such as keys. I called and they were at my home within 15 minutes. The Astro service representative Artur was fast, efficient and friendly. I was relieved & happy. The cost was minimal, surprisingly, so I gave him a pretty darn good tip.Thank you Artur and Astro ... you guys ROCK!Don

Good day,Had a flat tire changed at about 2:30 pm on Thursday, June 29. Work done by Adam and Rylan (who appeared to be in training). The young men were pleasant, polite and efficient. Job well done. Totally satisfied. The only negative comment I have - and that's CAA and not Astro Towing - is that the call centre is not in Saskatoon and it took me at least 10 minutes (telephone) to reach a person at the call centre. I was informed that someone would be at my place within an hour. It was actually about 25-30 minutes.

The team at Astro has helped us more than a few times already with consistent reliable and friendly roadside service. Artur answered our call this morning with a friendly smile, a handshake and expert help with a tire problem that made the car unsafe to drive. Thank you again Artur for your kind help and for making our day a much better one! Astro will continue to be our number one choice!

I’ve used Astro twice in ten years and they were both times exemplary. This time, my battery was dead after 24 days absence. I had to unlock the car manually, and then pop the hood. Then of course get a boost.Artur was perfect. Helpful, completed service, offered a couple of tips on his way out.Would that all tow truck services were this good.

My car battery needed changing so I called for the battery service van. Artur was there within 20 minutes was polite, professional and respectful and I was on my way within the hour. Welcome to Canada to Artur and good luck!
